に一端が固定されたスプリングと、該スプリング
の他端に取付けられた第2フラツパーと、該第2
フラツパーに対向し他端が大気中に開放され前記
背圧室に取付けられ該第2フラツパーとノズルフ
ラツパー機構を構成する第2ノズルと、前記コン
トロールリレーの出力空気圧が入力されるコント
ロールバルブと、該コントロールバルブの変位の
信号を入力側にフイードバツクするフイードバツ
ク手段とを具備したことを特徴とする電空ポジシ
ヨナ。
