Claims (1)
- 樹脂モールド成形用金型の樹脂タブレツトが供
給されるポツト周縁から被樹脂モールド部品が配
置されるキヤビテイ近傍に向かつて高温になるよ
うに金型に温度勾配を付ける加熱手段を設けたこ
とを特徴とする半導体製造装置。
