For example, plywood-based, ceramic-based, metal-based, etc. are known as dry-type exterior materials. Particularly in the case of metal-based materials, they are generally referred to as metal siding materials. As for this metal siding material, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-32191, Publication No. 51-6917,
Many such methods are known, such as JP-A-53-92918, JP-U-54-21422, JP-U-55-76328, and JP-U-56-16731. However, there are no architectural panels that significantly suppress the image of metal plates, reduce strain through plastic deformation, and strengthen corners to prevent twisting of the panel and provide rigidity.

This invention makes full use of the plasticity that is a characteristic of metal plates, and also eliminates the distortion caused by the formation of uneven patterns using wavy rigid parts, preventing the effect on both side edges of the panel itself and preventing twisting of the entire panel. In addition, a flat band-like rib is formed between the side edge and the decorative surface (outer surface) to strengthen the corner.
This project proposes an architectural panel with improved appearance.

An embodiment of the architectural panel according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned panel, in which the main body is formed by bending a metal plate material to form a rectangular or rectangular shape with a concave cross section, and the outer surface 3 of the concave portion 2 has a width l at both ends. A flat part 4 and a wavy part 5 having a plurality of waves are provided parallel to the edge 3a, and arbitrary uneven patterns 6 and 7 are formed between the wavy parts 5 with height differences within the thickness of the wavy part. The structure was formed using the following methods. Furthermore, to explain, the metal plate materials include iron-based metal materials,
A thin plate of copper or aluminum is used. Further, the flat portion 4 is formed with a width l extending from the edge 3a of the outer surface 3 toward the center and parallel to the edge 3a. This flat part 4 functions as a reinforcement function as a rib structure, a strain buffer area during processing, and an accent of the joint part, and the width l is a proportion of 2 to 20% of the total width. It should be noted that if the width l is large, the metal plate will not only look monotonous and become unfavorable in terms of pattern, but also have the disadvantage that the strength of the corner ribs will be reduced. Furthermore, the wavy portion 5 consists of a plurality of uneven patterns arranged in parallel at equal intervals, and includes a flat portion 4 and arbitrary uneven patterns 6 and 7.
(Concave pattern 6, convex pattern 7) are formed parallel to the edge 3a. This wavy portion 5 mainly provides a plurality of linear patterns and rigidity between the arbitrary uneven patterns 6 and 7 and the flat portion 4, and allows the strain caused by the uneven pattern processing to escape to the left and right ends when forming the wavy portion, and also allows rainwater to drain away. This prevents the liquid from flowing to the edge. The wave shape is triangular, mountain-like, serrated, etc., and the height difference is 0.5 to 2.
It is about mm. Further, the above-mentioned uneven patterns 6 and 7 are arbitrarily arranged, and their shapes are also arbitrary. Specific examples of the above-mentioned uneven patterns 6 and 7 include a stucco-like pattern, a trabatine-like pattern, an apricot-like pattern, a crater-like pattern, and the like. In addition, uneven patterns 6 and 7
The difference in height is about 0.5 to 2 mm. 8 and 9 are side walls formed by bending both edges 3a of the outer surface 3 downward; 10 is a male connecting portion;
12 is a female connecting part which bends the side wall edge 9a inward, and then bends it outward again to form an insertion groove 13, and the lower edge 13a and an extension portion 14 that further protrudes outward. In addition,
Numeral 15 is a protrusion that is provided in the middle of the extension part 14 as necessary to drain water and strengthen the bonding force.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a part of an outer wall formed using the above construction panel. Therefore, in order to form such an outer wall, first prepare the furring 16 as a base.
Cast on the outside of the main pillars and studs at intervals of 300 to 450 mm. Next, the extension 14 of the architectural panel A 1 as shown in FIG. Next, insert the insertion edge 11 of architectural panel A 2 into architectural panel A 1.
into the insertion groove 13 of the nail 17
Fix it to the trunk rim 16 with. In order to form the outer wall in this way, it is sufficient to perform the above-mentioned operations in sequence.

As described above, according to the architectural panel according to the present invention, the flat band-shaped portion 4 and the wavy portion 5 are provided on the outer surface 3, which serves as a decorative surface, by utilizing the plasticity of the metal plate, and the arbitrary uneven patterns 6, 7 are formed. By dividing it into sections, one decorative surface looks like it is made of multiple types of materials, which reduces the image of a metal plate.
The arbitrary uneven pattern causes distortion in the metal plate itself, but when the wavy part 5 is formed, this distortion is released to the left and right ends and is largely eliminated, and the wavy part 5 acts as a buffer isolation zone, and the embossing process It has the feature of suppressing twisting and deformation of architectural panels. The wavy portion 5 functions as a linear pattern and has the feature of greatly contributing to imparting rigidity.
The flat portion 4 functions as an L-shaped corner portion in cooperation with the side walls 8 and 9, and has the characteristic of preventing deformation of the architectural panel and maintaining a predetermined shape.
