[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a metal panel (hereinafter simply referred to as a panel) that is useful for forming horizontal walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures. The biggest drawback of this type of panel that has been used heretofore is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-shaped, and a wall formed using this panel has the appearance of a continuous mountain. In other words, when the decorative surface of the board becomes mountain-like, it not only has poor aesthetics, but also is difficult to install, and there are disadvantages such as a lack of waterproofness at the connecting portion and the possibility of the board coming off. In addition, many of these types of panels have a hanging structure, which has the disadvantage of uneven joint width due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of panel is flat (including embossing) by design, and is merely a step or uneven surface, which lacks a three-dimensional effect and has a small working width, so it has the disadvantage of lacking workability. It was hot. In addition, among this type of panels, panels with a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but they have a three-dimensional effect, waterproofness, heat insulation, workability,
The disadvantage was that it lacked economic efficiency. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in a step-like manner, and provides decorative ribs and voids in the stepped part to strengthen the difference in level, making the dividing line clearer, and making it possible to distinguish between male and female types. It has a structure in which the stepped part of the waterproof joint part can be formed in the connecting part in the same way as the appearance of the decorative surface part, and the construction of the panel can be easily done without requiring any skill. Moreover, the joint width is uniform, and The present invention proposes a panel that does not cause deformation of the decorative surface, is waterproof, and has greatly improved three-dimensionality. The panel according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG .
Rolls of metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of steel plate plated with nickel alloy, aluminum, zinc alloy plated steel plate (product name: Gulf-an-Galbalim steel plate, Seaper Zinc), aluminum plate, aluminum alloy, copper plate, etc. It is molded by a method such as molding, press molding, or extrusion molding. To explain further, panel 1
It is composed of an elongated decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 6 , and a female type connecting part 14 . That is, the decorative surface part 2 includes a step piece 3 formed with at least one step as shown in the figure parallel to the longitudinal direction at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of a long plate material, and a step piece 3 whose lower end is shortened outward, for example. A plurality of long inclined decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) separated by a stepped portion 5 and a stepped piece 3 formed from a decorative rib 4 that protrudes by about 2 to 20 mm and then bends inward. 2a, 2b and
Gap 5a between lower edge 4a of decorative rib 4 and decorative piece 2b
It is composed of. Note that the size of the gap 5a is the size of the gap that occurs when the panel 1 is bent, or is formed arbitrarily, and is used to make the distance between the decorative rib 4 and the decorative piece 2b more clear, and also to reinforce the strength. . The decorative surface section 2 mainly forms the surface of the panel 1 in a step-like manner, and serves to enhance the three-dimensional effect and improve the strength. In particular, the decorative ribs 4 are effective in clearly forming the dividing lines of the stepped portions 5 and making the stepped pieces 3 visually larger and more clearly visible. Also,
The male connecting part 6 is the upper end of the decorative surface part 2 , and has a groove part 7 whose end edge is depressed parallel to the longitudinal direction to prevent rain and capillary phenomenon, and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) formed at the tip of the groove part 7. 8, an engagement groove 10 having the insertion edge 9 as an upper edge, and an extension portion 12 projecting outward from the lower edge 11 of the engagement groove 10. Note that an upper or lower flap-shaped tongue piece 13 may be formed at the tip of the extension part 12. The decorative rib 16 is bent inward, and the lower edge 17 of the decorative rib 16 is used as the upper edge, and the tip thereof is bent outward to fit the insertion edge 9. It is formed from a fitting groove 18 and a tongue piece 20 whose lower edge 19 is bent inward, and the lower edge 19 is inserted into the engagement groove 10. The dimensions and angles of each part are set as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the angles of the step pieces 3 and 15 with respect to the decorative pieces 2a and 2b are θ 1 and θ 2 , respectively, or with respect to the base line (hereinafter simply referred to as base line) A when the panel 1 is constructed. The angles of the step pieces 3 and 15 are θ 3 and θ 4 , and the decorative ribs 4 and 1
6 and the step pieces 3 and 15 are θ 5 and θ 6, θ 1 = θ 2 , or θ 1 ≒ θ 2 θ 3 = θ 4 , or θ 3 ≒ θ 4 θ 5 = θ 6 , or There is a relationship of θ 5 ≒ θ 6 . Also, the width of the decorative ribs 4 and 16 is W 1 ,
W 2 , the heights of the step pieces 3 and 15 are h 1 , h 2 , the height of the step pieces 3 and 15 are
If the heights from the vertices 3a and 15a of 15 to the base line A are h 3 and h 4 , then W 1 = W 2 , or W 1 ≒θ 2 h 1 = h 2 , or h 1 ≒ h 2 h 3 = h 4 , or h 3 ≒ h 4 . This is done so that when the panel 1 is installed on the wall base α as shown in Fig. 3, the connecting part of the panels 1 and 1' closely resembles the external appearance of the step part 5, and the whole is constructed by the same step part 5. This is to create a beautiful appearance by creating a unified line on the wall and creating a beautiful appearance. Next, a construction example will be explained. Assume that the panels 1 shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an exterior wall. In addition. Panel 1 ,
1' is formed from a 0.35mm colored steel plate.
Therefore, the extension part 12 of the n-th panel 1 is fixed to the wall base α consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) via nails β. . Next, insert the fitting groove 18 of the female connecting portion 14 of the n+1st panel 1' into the panel 1.
It is inserted into the insertion edge 9 of the male type connecting part 6 to form a joint part as shown in FIG. That is, the horizontal joints are formed to have the same appearance as the stepped portions 5 of the panels 1 and 1' . In other words , the female connecting part 14 of the panel 1' and the upper end of the decorative piece 2a of the panel 1 come into contact, and a slight gap A is formed therebetween, so that the same step part 5 of the panels 1 and 1' is formed. It is designed to form an appearance. Further, in order to form the entire outer wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base to the girder. In addition, the base part includes a starter (not shown), vertical joints of the wall, exits,
It is necessary to use caulking material and accessories in areas such as inside corners (not shown). What has been described above is only one embodiment of the panel 1 according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4a-e to 8a-g. That is, FIGS. 4a to 4e are explanatory diagrams showing other embodiments of the extension part 12, in which figure a shows an extension part 12 in which a protrusion 12a is provided in the middle of the extension part 12 in parallel with the longitudinal direction, and figure b shows an extension part 12 in which a protrusion 12a is provided in parallel to the longitudinal direction. a
An extension part 12 provided with a U-shaped groove 12b, contrary to the illustration.
Figure c shows two or three ribs 12c in the middle of the extension part 42.
Figure d shows an extension part 12 in which a wide U-shaped groove 12b is provided in the middle of the extension part 12, and figure e shows an extension part 12 in which the extension part 12 is inclined at an angle θ 7 . FIGS. 5 a to 5 e show other embodiments of the insertion edge 9, and FIG . , b shows an insert edge 9 with the upper edge 10a made almost horizontal, c shows an insert edge 9 with the bottom surface 7a of the groove 7 and the upper edge 10a parallel to each other, and d shows an insert edge 9 with the groove 7 removed. Insertion edge 9, Figure e shows an insertion edge 9 in which the tip of the insertion edge 9 is formed into a protrusion shape and the groove portion 7 is not provided.
Furthermore, FIGS. 6A to 6D show other embodiments of the stepped portion 5 , in which FIG. is the stepped part 5 with θ 1 as an acute angle, and figures c and d are the decorative ribs 4
This is a stepped portion formed in a step-like manner or with a protrusion 4b formed thereon. In addition, FIGS. 7a to 7f show the female type connecting portion 14.
Figure A shows a female connecting part 14 with the lower edge 19 of the fitting groove 18 inclined at an angle θ 9 , and Figure B shows a female connecting part 14 with the tongue piece 20 inclined at an angle θ 10 .
Figure c shows the female connecting portion 1 with the tongue piece 20 bent outward.
Figures 4 and d show a female connecting part 14 in which the fitting groove 18 is shaped like a square hole, Figure e shows a female connecting part 14 bent inward at the middle of the lower edge 17, and Figure f shows a female connecting part 14 in the middle of the lower edge 17. This is a female type connecting portion 14 having a protrusion 17a formed thereon. In addition,
Panel 1 in Figures 4a-e to 7a-f.
The wall thickness is omitted. In addition, Figure 8 a~
d is a panel 1 with caulking material 21 arranged at the position indicated by hatching, e is an extruded panel 1, and f is a panel with step pieces 3 and 15 formed so that θ 1 and θ 2 are obtuse angles. Panel 1 has improved waterproofness at the connecting portions of 1 and further promotes a three-dimensional effect by enlarging shadows. Figure g shows a panel 1 in which two stepped portions 5 are formed. As described above, according to the panel according to the present invention, since at least one stepped portion is formed in the decorative surface portion, the strength is sufficiently reinforced and the panel does not become mountain-like.
Since decorative ribs and gaps are provided in the step portion, the step difference between the decorative pieces is much larger than before, and the entire decorative surface portion has a rich three-dimensional appearance. Since the male and female joints are formed into the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily carried out by one person, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it is highly waterproof. No skill is required to connect panels, and construction can be performed with extremely high efficiency. When a wall is formed, the appearance of the stepped portion and the side joints are almost the same, so it is possible to form a wall that has a beautiful appearance and is rich in three-dimensionality. The wide panel makes it easy to construct, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. It has the following characteristics.
