[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention involves forming a construction panel, particularly a metal plate material, and forming a decorative surface with a flat surface sandwiching an uneven patterned surface, and sand on the flat surface and the concave portion.

Among this type of panels, there are panels coated with lysine with sand distributed on the decorative surface, or panels with an uneven pattern formed by uneven embossing and sand distributed only in the concave portions. However, in the former case, the sand is not distributed uniformly, but has a mottled pattern.
It was difficult to produce homogeneous products. Moreover, since the sand is protruding, there are drawbacks such as peeling off and damage to the decorative surface during transportation. In the latter case, a color steel plate (thickness 0.27 mm) with a depth of 0.5
Since the entire material is deeply embossed to a depth of ~0.7 mm, the distortion appears directly on both sides when molded, causing twisting and oil cans. Moreover, since the sand is filled only in the concave parts and not present in the convex parts, when wiping the paint film on the convex parts, these deformations prevent it from being wiped away sufficiently, and as a result, sand remains on the convex parts as well. The problem was that the appearance was severely damaged because they were scattered in pieces. Furthermore, since the decorative surface and side walls are simply bent at right angles, distortions of the material, etc. are likely to appear on the surface.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention forms ribs for reinforcement and a flat part as a decorative surface in the part connected to the side wall of the decorative surface, and also forms an uneven pattern between both flat parts. At the same time, by distributing sand and colored sand on the concave pattern and flat surface, the image of the metal plate is suppressed, and it also prevents deformation due to distortion, uneven distribution of sand,
This project proposes an architectural panel that does not peel off.

An embodiment of the architectural panel according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned panel, in which 1 is a main body made of bent metal plate material to have a concave cross section, and a rectangular or rectangular outer shape, and a concave portion 2.
The outer surface of the bottom part, the so-called decorative surface 3, has a band-shaped flat surface 4 having a width l from both ends toward the center, and an arbitrary uneven pattern 5 formed on the decorative surface between the band-shaped flat surfaces 4. Furthermore, to explain, metal plate materials include ferrous metal materials (color steel plate, stainless steel, etc.),
It is made of a thin plate of copper material, aluminum material, etc. Further, the band-shaped flat portion 4 is formed parallel to the edge 3a of the decorative surface 3. This band-shaped flat part 4 functions as a reinforcing function as a rib structure, a strain buffer area during processing, and an accent of the joint part, and the width l is a proportion of 2 to 20% of the total width. It should be noted that if the width l is large, the monotony and smoothness of the metal plate will appear significantly, which will not only have an unfavorable effect on the pattern, but also have the disadvantage that the strength of the corner ribs will be reduced. Further, the arbitrary concavo-convex pattern 5 is composed of a concave pattern 6 and a convex pattern 7, and the convex pattern 7 protrudes from the belt-shaped flat surface 4, and the outer surface of the so-called concave pattern 6 and the outer surface of the flat surface 4 are approximately the same. It is shaped so that it is located at a height. Further, the specific pattern of the arbitrary concavo-convex pattern 5 is one or more types such as stucco-like, trabatine-like, apricot-like, crater-like, etc., and its depth is about 0.3 to 1 mm. 8 and 9 are side walls formed by bending both edges 4a of the flat portion 4 downward; 10 is a male connecting portion consisting of an insertion edge 11 formed by extending the side wall edge 8a outward; Reference numeral 12 is a female connecting portion, and the side wall edge 9a is bent inwardly and outwardly again to form an insertion groove 13, and the lower edge 13a thereof is composed of an extension portion 14 that protrudes further outward. It is. Incidentally, a projection 15 is provided in the middle of the extension part 14 if necessary, and is useful for draining water and strengthening the bonding force. Reference numeral 16 denotes a coating film, which is formed on the band-shaped flat surface 4 and the concave pattern 6 by forming one layer as a base coat and another layer as an overcoat, and sand and colored sand 17 distributed on both parts. It is used to fix and cover the material. To explain further, the coating film 16 is a synthetic resin-based paint of any color applied to a thickness of about 10 to 100 microns, and is cured by drying at room temperature or baking drying. Note that the overcoat layer is preferably a transparent paint. Further, the sand 17 is one in which one or more of silica sand, colored sand, ceramic pieces, whitebait, etc. is distributed coarsely or in a high density. The size of these sands 17 is approximately 10~
It is a homogeneous material of about 250 meshes or a mixture.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the construction panel according to the present invention, and as shown in FIGS. It can also be used as an architectural panel. The synthetic resin foam 18 is filled with polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, vinyl chloride foam, etc. by a molding method, a spraying method, or the like.

As described above, according to the architectural panel according to the present invention, the distortion of the arbitrary uneven pattern 5 formed on the decorative surface is suppressed by the band-shaped flat surface, and the adverse effects such as twisting on the side wall are blocked, so that the architectural panel can be used without deformation. There are features that can be used as panels. In addition, because the sand is distributed in the strip-shaped flat surface 4 and the concave pattern, it suppresses the image of a metal plate, and when constructing the outer wall, straight strips with silica sand etc. dispersed are formed at the joints, creating an arbitrary uneven pattern. Due to the relative relationship of Furthermore, the flat surface functions as a rib at the panel corner and absorbs the distortion of the arbitrary uneven pattern, which significantly reduces twisting, deformation, etc. of the architectural panel.
