In general, metal siding materials are usually coated with so-called ricin coating, which has an uneven pattern formed on the decorative surface or has sand attached to it.
In addition, the panel with the uneven pattern is significantly deformed due to distortion, which not only impairs the appearance but also makes it difficult to connect the panels. In addition, the ricin-coated panels were simply coated with sand and did not have much of a mortar texture.

An embodiment of the architectural panel according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1a,
b is a perspective view showing one embodiment of the above panel;
1 is a main body made of metal plate material bent to have a concave cross section, and the outer shape is square or rectangular, and the outer surface of the concave portion 2, the so-called decorative surface 3, is provided with a flat surface 4 and a concave groove 5. It is. To explain further, the metal plate material is iron-based (color steel plate,
A thin plate of stainless steel, copper material, or aluminum material is used. Further, the flat portion 4 is formed to have a width l extending from the edge 3a of the decorative surface 3 toward the center and parallel to the edge 3a. This flat portion 4 fulfills a reinforcing function as a rib structure. Furthermore, the groove 5
is provided parallel to the flat surface 4, and is mainly used to reinforce the decorative surface 3 and to secure a cylindrical body to be described later. 6 and 7 are side walls formed by bending both edges 3a of the decorative surface 3 downward; 8 is a male connecting portion consisting of an insertion edge 9 formed by extending the side wall edge 6a outward; 10 is a female type connecting part and side wall edge 7
A is bent inwardly and outwardly again to form an insertion groove 11, and its lower edge 11a further protrudes outward to form an extension portion 12. Incidentally, numeral 13 denotes a projection which is provided in the middle of the extension part 12 as necessary to serve for draining water and strengthening the bonding force. 14 is a cylindrical body, and 15 is an adhesive layer, which is integrally formed in the groove 5 with the adhesive layer 15 interposed therebetween. To explain further, cylinder body 1
4 consists of a main body 1, different materials and colors, and a decorative surface 3
In addition to reinforcing the structure and changing the appearance, it is also used for air cycles, liquid circulation for solar heat utilization, etc. by connecting with equipment (not shown). Its material is aluminum, copper, synthetic resin, etc., and its shape is as shown in FIGS. 2a to 2d. That is, figure a shows a cylinder formed with a trapezoidal cross section, figure b shows a cylinder formed with an angular cross section, and figure c shows a cylinder formed with a square cross section.
The figure shows a cylindrical body formed with a triangular cross section, and the figure d shows a cylindrical body formed with a semicircular cross section. Reference numeral 16 denotes a heat insulating material, which is a synthetic resin foam, so-called foam, such as polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, vinyl chloride foam, polyethylene foam, etc. The raw material is molded or blown into the concave portion 2 of the main body 1. It is injected using a method such as attaching, foamed and hardened, and then integrated. 17
is a sheet-like material made of kraft paper, asbestos paper, glass fiber cloth, and metal foil, and the covering material used to form the form and the panel itself have a sandwich structure to improve mechanical strength. In addition,
In FIG. 1, the cylindrical body 14 protrudes from the decorative surface 3 by an amount Δh in FIG.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the architectural panel according to the present invention, and as shown in FIG. In addition to filling the sand, it can also be fixed with a paint, or, although not shown, the sand can be distributed over the entire surface of the uneven pattern like a mortar ricin.

As described above, according to the architectural panel of the present invention, distortions caused by metal plate forming, etc. are suppressed, twisting of the architectural panel is eliminated, and foreign materials are fixed as accents, thereby improving the decorative surface. It has a feature that has greatly improved its image.
