[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an improvement in the joint structure formed when a wall is formed by abutting a large number of panels. Generally, when forming a wall using panels, male and female connecting parts are provided on both sides of the panel, and after the female connecting part is fixed to the base with nails, the male connecting part of the adjacent panel is attached. It was common practice to construct a wall by engaging the panels, or by fixing the panels to the base with bolts from the decorative surface of the panel, and by interposing packing material on the sides between each panel. However, when walls were formed using the former structure, the structure was such that the male connector was simply inserted into the female connector, so rainwater and air often leaked through the joints, corroding the base. I was at a disadvantage. Furthermore, during construction, the panels had to be fixed while being pressed in one direction in order to minimize the gap between the joints, resulting in low work efficiency. Furthermore, in terms of appearance, the gaps between the joints vary widely depending on the construction technique, which reduces the design of the wall and requires skill. In addition, in the latter configuration, the fixture is exposed on the decorative surface, resulting in an extremely poor appearance, and the construction is large-scale and not easy. moreover,
Most of the joints were butted, which had the disadvantage that the joints could not be used as a design. In addition, panels made of a single sheet of material have the disadvantage that the decorative surface becomes uneven due to distortion during molding, degrading the aesthetic appearance. Of course, the waterproofness and insulation properties of the panel joints were poor. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention has a trapezoidal main body, and a core material is filled on the back side of the surface material, which has a hat-shaped cross section from the protruding parts extending outward from the lower ends of both sides, and The sides of the core material of the panel, whose entire exposed surface in the longitudinal direction is covered with a sheet, are brought into close contact with each other to form an inverted trapezoidal joint, and after installation in this joint, spring back works effectively, and
The structure is equipped with an elastically deformable inverted trapezoidal cover, which facilitates construction and improves work efficiency. It also improves the waterproofness and heat insulation of the joints.
Furthermore, it provides a panel joint structure that greatly improves the appearance design and firmly fixes the panel. An embodiment of the panel joint structure according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In other words, Fig. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing one of the joint structures mentioned above, and in one panel, as shown in Fig. 2, a hard base material such as metal or synthetic resin is bent and cut across by extrusion or other processing. It is composed of a surface material 2 having a hat-shaped surface, a core material 10 integrally formed on the back surface of the surface material 2, and a waterproof sheet 11 covering the longitudinally exposed surface of the core material 10. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the surface material 2 has a main body 5 with a trapezoidal cross section formed from a decorative surface 3 and side surfaces 4, and a main body 5 with a trapezoidal cross section, and a main body 5 along the side surfaces 4 with the lower ends of both side surfaces 4 recessed inward. a fitting groove 6 formed in the same manner, a protruding portion 7 extending horizontally outward from the lower edge of the fitting groove 6, and a fixing portion 9 provided with a tongue piece 8 having a cross section bent upward at the tip of the protruding portion 7. It is composed of The core material 10 mainly functions as a heat insulating material, a fireproof material, and a sound absorbing material, and its materials include, for example, polyurethane foam,
Plastic foam (hereinafter simply referred to as foam) such as polyisocyanurate foam, polystyrene foam, vinyl chloride foam, mineral fiber,
The main body is made of one type of inorganic molded body, and the cross section that matches the back surface of the main body is formed into a so-called hat shape and integrated. Of course, it is also possible to form a molded structure by discharging raw materials, or to stack molded bodies and integrate them with an adhesive. Furthermore, the waterproof sheet 11 has a core material 10
It is intended to cover the exposed surface in the longitudinal direction of the panel, and mainly aims to strengthen the mechanical strength, waterproofness, moisture resistance, heat insulation, and sound insulation properties by reinforcing the core material 10 and the main body 5, and the sandwich structure of the panel 1 . be. Materials for the sheet 11 include kraft paper, asbestos paper,
Asphalt felt, aluminum foil, iron foil,
It is made of one or more of nonwoven fabric, lead foil, and synthetic resin sheet. Reference numeral 12 denotes a cover, which is a long body made of a hard base material such as metal or synthetic resin that is bent and formed into an inverted trapezoidal cross section by extrusion or other processing.
To explain further, the cover 12 has a decorative surface 13 which serves as a decorative surface and a support surface, and a decorative surface 1 as shown in FIG.
3, an elastically deformable leg portion 14 which is extended by bending both side edges of the leg portion 3 inwardly and downward, and a protrusion portion 15 whose lower end edge of the leg portion 14 is swollen outward to a cross section that can fit into the recess. , reinforcing ribs 13a are formed along the longitudinal direction along the side edges of the decorative surface 13, and the cross section as a whole is formed into an inverted trapezoid. 16 is a mounting body,
For example, it consists of studs, rims, etc., and 17 is a fixing device, for example, one of nails, wood screws, bolts, etc. Reference numeral 18 denotes an inverted trapezoid-shaped concave portion formed by the fixing portion 9 and both side surfaces 4 of the adjacent panels 1 , 1 ' attached to the mounting body 16 at the joint portion. To explain the size of panel 1 and cover 12 here, the length of panel 1 L 1 is the length of cover 12
Although the width W 1 of the decorative surface 3 of the panel 1 and the width W 2 of the decorative surface 13 of the cover 12 are not directly related to each other, W 1 >W 2 is preferable from an aesthetic point of view. Further, the height H1 of the panel 1 and the height H2 of the cover 12 are not particularly limited, and may be set to either H1 or H2 depending on the purpose.
In addition to improving the design, it can also be used as an accent on the wall. Furthermore, the width of the root position of the joint part 18
W 3 is W 3 =2W 4 where W 4 is the width of the protruding portion 7, and the width W 2 of the cover 12 corresponds to the width W′ 3 of the surface of the joint portion 18. Further, the depth d of the fitting groove 6 of the panel 1 corresponds to the protrusion height Δh of the protrusion 15 of the cover 12 . Furthermore, the width W 6 between the protrusions 15 of the cover 12 corresponds to the interval W 5 between the fitting grooves 6 of the joint 18, and
The dimensions are such that the protruding portion 15 is tightly attached to the fitting groove 6 under elastic force. In addition, the width W 7 of the reinforcing rib 13a
is about 5 to 20 mm, and depth Δd is about 1 to 3 mm. Next, a construction example will be briefly explained. Now, in order to construct the outer wall body as shown in FIG. 1, a panel 1 and a cover 12 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 were prepared. The mounting body 16 is used as a wall base, in this case, the rim is approximately 450 mm horizontally.
Assume that they are arranged with a pitch of mm. first,
The panel 1 is applied perpendicularly to the mounting body 16, and its both protrusions 7 are fixed with nails 17. Next, the end faces 7'a of the protrusions of adjacent panels 1 ' are brought into contact with the end faces 7a of the protrusions of the panel 1 , and both protrusions 7 are fixed to the furring 16 via nails 17. In other words,
A joint 18 is formed between both panels 1 and 1 ', and the cover 12 is moved from the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. By pressing in the direction A, the leg portion 14 descends while being elastically deformed between the width W 3 of the joint portion 18,
At the position where the protruding part 7 and the lower edge 15a of the protruding part 15 are in contact, the fitting groove 6 and the protruding part 15 are fitted in close contact, and the joint part 18 is completed. Therefore, in order to form the entire outer wall, the above steps may be repeated in sequence. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the panel joint structure according to the present invention, and the panel 1 is shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b.
It can also be formed as shown in FIG. That is,
Figure a shows a panel in which both ends of the core material 10 protrude outward from the fixed part 9, and Figure b shows a panel in which one side end of the core material 10 is made inside the fixed part 9 and the other end projects. be. Moreover, FIGS. 6a to 6d are explanatory diagrams showing other embodiments of the surface material 2, and FIG.
Figure b shows a surface material with a deformed stepped shape, and the fitting groove 6 is
In addition, a protrusion 7a is formed in the middle of the protrusion 7.
Figure c shows a surface material formed to a height sufficient to bend the protrusions 7a, and Figure d shows a surface material in which the boundary between the decorative surface 3 and the side surface 4 is separated by ribs 3a as shown in the figure. . Furthermore, FIGS. 7a to 7f are explanatory diagrams showing other embodiments of the cover 12, in which figure a is a cover in which the protrusion 15 is inclined at an angle θ, and figure b is a cover in which the protrusion 15 is circular in cross section. Figure c shows a cover with the protruding ridges 15 tilted in the opposite direction to that shown in figure a, figure d shows a cover with depressions on both sides of the decorative surface 13, and figure e shows a cover with the protruding ridges 15 in the opposite direction, making it more engaging. Easy to match,
Figure f is a modification of figure e. Furthermore, although not shown, the decorative surfaces of the panels and covers can be embossed. As described above, according to the panel joint structure according to the present invention, a cover in which spring back effectively functions is inserted into the joint space under elastic force, and the side surface of the panel and the leg of the cover come into contact with each other, and the panel fits together. The waterproof properties of the joints are greatly improved due to the close contact between the grooves and the protrusions of the cover, and the resilient contact between the core materials through the waterproof sheet. In addition, the joints have an excellent design feature because the heads of panel fixing tools are not visible on the outside. Furthermore, when constructing the panels, it is only necessary to simply abut them, which facilitates construction and greatly improves work efficiency. In addition, the above-mentioned joint structure has the feature that the design can be greatly improved by adjusting the width, height, embossing, lamination of decorative paper, etc. of the decorative surface portion of the cover. In addition, it has the characteristic that cracks in the surface material can be reliably corrected by filling with the core material.
