What is disclosed in Publication No. 29402 has been proposed.
The patterned board is made by pasting a patterned sheet made of a flexible material on the surface of a formwork, and the patterned sheet has linear protrusions extending in one direction on the surface of the substrate at small intervals. It is formed in a protruding manner.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the case of such a patterned sheet, since the entire patterned sheet is made of a flexible material, the depth of the unevenness depends on the concrete placement pressure. Therefore, it was not possible to make the projections that large so as not to deform them. In addition, when using such a patterned sheet to create an uneven pattern on a curved surface of concrete, the substrate of the patterned sheet is difficult to deform, and therefore the distance between the base ends of adjacent protrusions is difficult to change. Therefore, the pitch of the protrusions or recesses in the uneven pattern of the formed curved surface portion is different from the pitch of the protrusions or recesses in the uneven pattern formed on the concrete flat surface. Specifically, when the patterned sheet is bent outward, the pitch of the recesses or protrusions of the uneven pattern becomes rougher, and when the patterned sheet is bent inward, the pitch becomes finer. As a result of this, when looking at the uneven pattern extending from the flat part to the curved surface part as a whole, a problem arises in that the uneven pattern on the flat part and the uneven pattern on the curved surface part do not have a sense of unity. .

(Means for Solving the Problems) The pattern plate according to the present invention is a pattern plate made of hard synthetic resin that is attached to the inner surface of the formwork and forms an uneven pattern on the surface of poured concrete, and is relatively simple. A plurality of hollow protrusions having a desired cross-sectional shape and continuous only in the longitudinal direction are formed when the substrate is bent so as to protrude toward the surface side of the thin substrate. Both sides in the longitudinal direction are flat attachment parts that abut and are fixed to the inner surface of the formwork, and the back side of the connecting portion between the hollow protrusions is a formwork abutting part that can come into contact with the inner surface of the formwork. In addition, at the inside corners of the intersecting formworks, hollow protrusions can be fixed in a curved state extending in the length direction of the inside corners. The formwork abutting parts on both sides of the formwork are in contact with and fixed to the inner surface of the formwork, as if floating from the inner surface, and the hollow protrusions in this floating state respond to the concrete pouring pressure. The pattern plate as a whole is characterized by its rigidity so that it hardly deforms even if it is twisted.

In FIG. 1, the pattern plate 1 of the present invention has a substrate 2.
In this embodiment, a plurality of hollow protrusions 5, 5, 5, which have a desired cross-sectional shape and are continuous only in the longitudinal direction, are arranged at equal intervals so as to protrude from the surface side 3 of the substrate. are provided in a bent state, and both longitudinally opposite portions of the substrate 2 serve as attachment portions 7 and 9 to the formwork 6, and the back side of the connecting portion between the hollow protrusions is attached to the inner surface of the formwork. It is a formwork contacting part 8 that can come into contact with the formwork 6, and by being fixed to the inner surface of the formwork 6 as required, it forms an uneven pattern on the poured concrete surface (for example, the outer wall surface of a concrete building). .

The substrate 2 is a long, relatively thin plate made of a hard synthetic resin made of vinyl chloride, etc., and its width is determined by using a plurality of patterned templates 1 so that the surface that will become the outer wall is The standard width is set so that the entire width can be covered. Note that this reference width is set to an optimum value, for example, about 15 cm, taking into account the ease of handling of the pattern plate 1 and the desired dimensions of the hollow protrusions 5. Further, the hollow protrusions 5, 5, 5 have an asymmetrical substantially trapezoidal cross section and are formed by bending the substrate 2.

Further, the pattern plate 1 of the present invention can be fixed at the inner corner portion of the intersecting formwork in a state in which the hollow protrusion extends in the length direction of the inner corner, and the fixation is achieved by using at least one hollow protrusion. The formwork abutting portions on both sides of the strip are in contact with and fixed to the inner surface of the formwork so that the strips are floating from the inner surface of the formwork, and the hollow protruding strips in the floating state are attached to the concrete surface. The rigidity of the pattern template as a whole is set so that it hardly deforms even under pouring pressure.

However, as shown in FIG. 2, among the formworks 6 and 12 installed opposite each other with a wall thickness in between, the patterned templates 1, 1... of the present invention and the protrusions 5 are placed on the inner surface 6a of the outer formwork 6 The ends of the mounting parts 7 and 9 are butted toward the inner formwork 12 side and installed by nailing in sequence, and after pouring concrete 13 between both formworks 6 and 12, after the concrete hardens, the formworks 6 and 12 are attached. When the pattern board 1 is removed, the pattern board 1 is removed from the mold at the same time, and the unevenness of the pattern board 1 is transferred to the concrete surface as shown in FIG. (shown in Figure 4). The pattern plate 1 attached to the inner surface 6a of the formwork 6 has not only increased rigidity due to the hollow protrusions 5 formed by bending, but also the rigidity of the pattern plate 1 attached to the inner surface 6a of the formwork 6. Since the existing formwork contact portion 8 is in contact with the formwork inner surface 6a, there is no risk that the pattern plate will be deformed by the pouring pressure when concrete is poured between the formworks 6 and 12. , the unevenness of the pattern board 1 will be faithfully transferred to the concrete surface. Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the hollow protrusions 5 are formed asymmetrically in cross section, a decorative surface with excellent shading effect in the concavo-convex pattern A can be obtained.

FIG. 5 shows a case in which the pattern plate 1 of the present invention is fixed in a curved state in which the hollow protrusions 5 extend in the length direction of the inner corners, for example, at the inner corners of the formworks 6, 6 that intersect at right angles. This shows that. In the same figure,
Formwork abutting portions 8, 8 on both sides of the hollow protrusion 5a are suspended from the formwork inner surface 6a.
is in contact with and fixed to the inner surface 6a of the formwork. In this curved state, the deformation caused by the curvature of the pattern plate is absorbed little by little at each bend, and when viewed as a whole, the shape of the ridges and the pitch of the ridges do not change much. There is. In addition, the rigidity of the entire pattern board is set so that these floating hollow protrusions are hardly deformed by the concrete pouring pressure, so the curved concrete surface has flat parts. A good-looking uneven pattern is formed in the same manner as in , and the uneven pattern on the curved surface portion and the uneven pattern on the flat portion are formed as a continuous pattern in appearance.

Simply attach the patterned template to the inner surface of the formwork by nailing, etc. prior to concrete pouring, and at the same time as removing the mold, it can be applied to the concrete surface, such as the exterior wall of a building, whether it is flat or curved. Even if there is, it can be finished as a decorative surface with a textured pattern. Therefore, according to the present invention, there is no inconvenience of having to design and manufacture several types of pattern templates, one for flat surface decoration and one for curved surface decoration, and the inconvenience of having to transport several types of pattern templates to the construction site. Furthermore, the on-site construction management is facilitated, and storage problems such as having to store pattern templates by type do not arise.

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A pattern plate made of hard synthetic resin that is attached to the inner surface of a formwork and forms an uneven pattern on the surface of poured concrete, which is placed on the surface side of a relatively thin substrate. A plurality of hollow protrusions having a desired cross-sectional shape and continuous only in the longitudinal direction are formed in a bent state of the substrate so as to protrude from the inner surface of the mold. In addition, the back side of the connecting part between the hollow protrusions is a formwork abutting part that can come into contact with the inner surface of the formwork, and the intersecting formwork can be inserted into the formwork. At the corners, the hollow protrusions can be fixed in a curved state extending in the length direction of the inner corner, and the fixation is achieved by fixing the hollow protrusions on both sides so that at least one hollow protrusion is floating from the inner surface of the formwork. The patterned template is designed so that the formwork abutting part comes into contact with the inner surface of the formwork and is fixed, and the hollow protrusions in the floating state are hardly deformed even by the concrete pouring pressure. A pattern board characterized by having a set overall rigidity.
