本発明は、屋根の上に形成されるドーマの取り付けJj

[背景技術]
従来にあっては、屋根に開口部を形成し、この開口部の
両側に側枠を立設し、側枠の上端部間に屋根枠を掛は渡
し、また側枠の前端部間に荷枠を服り付け、側枠、屋根
枠、!11j枠にそれぞれ現場でパネルを貼ってドーマ
を形成して(また。この上うに従来にあっては、現場の
屋根の上でドーマの枠を形成し、現場でこの枠にパネル
を取り付けていたので、施工が煩雑であり、手間がかが
り、さらには屋根上という高所における作業であるため
煩雑な作業がいっそう煩雑となり、また危険でもあった
。
[発明の目的1
本発明は、上記の点に鑑みて発明したものであって、そ
の目的とするところは、ドーマの形成が簡単にでき、し
かも高所における作業が安全にでさるドーマの取り付け
方法を提供するにある。
[発明の開示1
本発明のドーマの取り付け方法は、相す・j向する三角
形状の側板1の上端間に屋根板2を設けると共に前面部
に前板3を設けたドーマ4をあらがじめ組立てておき、
屋根5に設けた開口部6の上において開口部6を囲むよ
うにドー74を載置し、ドー74を開口部6の縁に位置
する取付け部材8に連結することを特徴とするものであ
って、このような構成を採用することで、上記した本発
明の目的を達成したものである。すなわち本発明にあっ
ては、ドー74をあらかじめ組立形成しておいてこれを
屋根5に設けた開口部6の緑に取付けることで、簡単且
つ安全にドー74の取り付けができるようになった。
以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。本発明においては
、あらかじめドーマ4を地上で組立てておき、これをク
レーンで吊り上げて屋根5の上にセットするものである
。第1図中14はクレーンの吊り具である。ドーマ4は
相対向する三角形の側板1と、屋根板2と、前板3とで
構成しである。
実施例においては、屋根板2が左右の屋根板半休2a、
2bに2分割してあり、左右の屋根板半休2a。
2bを蝶番9にて折り畳み自在に接続し、また左右の屋
根板半体2 at 2 bの各他端部にそれぞれ側板1
の上端部を蝶番9にて折り畳み自在に接続してドーマ本
体4aを形成し、このドーマ本体4aは搬送中には第5
図のように蝶番9部分で折り畳んで、別体の前板3と重
ねて搬送するものであり、現場においてドーマ本体4a
を第4図のように門形に広げ、この門形に広げたドーマ
本体4aの前部に前板3をはめ込み、ドーマ本体4aと
前板3とヲ釘、木ねじ、ビス、ボルト等の固着共や接着
剤により固着してドーマ4を形成するのである。
ここで前板3をドーマ本体4aの前部にはめ込んで固着
することでドーマ4の保形がなされるが、必要に応じて
前板3をはめ込んで固着した後に屋根板半休2 at

釘、木ねじ、ビス、ボルト等の固着共や接着剤により固
着してもよいものである。なお前板3には窓ff510

ッパ部材11が固着してあり、ドー74を屋根5の開口
部6を囲むように屋根5の上に載置する場合、位置決め
ストッパ5にドーマ4の軒1ull端の下端部(前板3
の下端部または側板1の軒fllll端の下端部)が当
たって位置決めされて滑ることなく開口部6を所定の状
態で囲むことができるものである。そしてこのように位
置決めストッパ5を設けることで、ドー74を本固定す
る途中においてドー74が滑り落ちることなく仮保持さ
れていることとなり、本固定が簡単且つ確実に行えるこ
ととなる。
本固定はドーマ4を開口部6の縁に位置するたる木や母
屋、あるいは開口部6の枠材等の取付け部材8に連結金
具12を介して連結するものである。
また屋根板2の線側端部は逆へ字状の取付け金具13を
介して屋根5に固着するものである。勿論位置決めスト
