Doors that can be opened and closed on the front and sides are provided for loading and unloading workpieces. Generally, the general procedure for electrical discharge machining is to open the machining tank door, place the workpiece in the machining tank, and close the door. Next, the workpiece is filled with machining liquid and applied with a machining voltage to process the workpiece into a predetermined shape, after which the workpiece is discharged, the door is opened, and the workpiece is carried out. During the process of opening the door at the end of machining in this work procedure, even though the machining fluid in the machining tank was drained, some of the machining fluid adhered to the inner wall of the machining tank, and naturally it also adhered to the inner wall of the door. As a result, when the door was opened, the machining fluid that had adhered to the inner wall began to fall from the bottom of the door, contaminating the operator, the machine body of the electrical discharge machining device, and the work floor. Therefore, the current situation is for the operator to leave the door slightly open and wipe the machining fluid from the bottom of the door with a cloth, etc., to prevent the above-mentioned parts from getting dirty, which improves the workability of electrical discharge machining. It is also one of the reasons why it is bad.

A door for loading and unloading goods,
A substantially U-shaped gutter is provided at the lowest part of the outside of the processing tank of the door and receives the processing liquid adhering to the door, and a substantially U-shaped gutter is installed at a position below the substantially U-shaped gutter of the processing tank main body,
The apparatus is characterized in that it includes a saucer for receiving the machining fluid flowing out from the substantially U-shaped gutter, and the substantially U-shaped gutter is inclined downward in the direction of the hinge of the door.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a first embodiment of the present invention with the processing tank door closed. In FIG. 1, a door 1 is attached to a processing tank 2 with a hinge and a punch lock (both not shown). The packing 3 is attached to the door 1 by the block 4 and is pressed against the side wall of the machining tank 2, and the machining fluid (not shown) is pressed against the side wall of the machining tank 2.
is sealed. The substantially U-shaped gutter 5 is installed at the bottom of the door 1 via a support plate 6, and this substantially U-shape is configured to be inclined downward in the hinge direction, as will be described later. 7 is a receiving tray for the machining liquid falling from the approximately U-shaped gutter 5. As is clear from this figure, even when the machining fluid in the machining tank is drained, A
The machining fluid still remains in the area.

is guided to a substantially U-shaped gutter 5 along the packing 3, the bottom of the door 1, and the support plate 6 as shown by the arrow. Since the door 1 is attached to the processing tank 2 by a hinge 8, the door 1 is attached with an inclination toward the hinge 8.
The machining fluid guided into the U-shaped gutter 5 flows along the slope in the direction of the hinge 8 and falls into the saucer 7 at the end of the substantially U-shaped gutter 5 as shown by the arrow. In this way, the door 1 rotates around the hinge 8, and even at a rotation angle where it is removed from the tray 7, the machining fluid can be collected in the tray 7 along the above-mentioned route.

業性が格段と向上する。 In this example, the support plate 6, which was bent into a substantially L-shape in the example of FIG. 1, is made straight without being bent, and is attached to the side surface of the door instead of the bottom. With the configuration as in this example, when the support plate 6 is attached to the door 1, it will not be obstructed by the approximately U-shaped gutter 5, so while maintaining the effect of preventing the machining fluid from falling from the door 1, the installation workability is improved. Much improved.
