A fan shroud mounting device that elastically holds the shroud member to the shroud mounting member by the elastic action of the fan shroud mounting device. 2. The fan shroud mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic portion of the wire member is constituted by a combination of troughs and peaks that press against the shroud member. 3. The fan shroud mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic portion of the wire member is constituted by a coil spring portion provided at least in part. 4. The fan shroud mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic portion of the wire member is constituted by a spring member mounted between both ends of a wire body to which the shroud member is attached.
