Many decorative materials for architectural interiors are manufactured by printing various patterns on the surface of sheets or plate-like base materials. Printed plywood is a typical example, and its patterns include wood grain patterns and abstract patterns. When printing these patterns, the important factor that determines the value of the product is how to print them on a flat surface to express them three-dimensionally and create a decorative material with a rich sense of perspective.

As a result of extensive research, the present inventors discovered that it is possible to impart a sense of perspective to decorative materials by utilizing the multiple reflection characteristics of pearl ink.

以下本考案の一実施例を示す図面に基づいて説

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.

First, a colored layer 2 and a lower pattern printing layer 3 are sequentially formed on the surface of the printing substrate 1, then a translucent pearl ink layer 4 is formed on the entire surface or in a hairline shape, and then an upper pattern printing layer 5 and a transparent resin are formed. Form layer 6.

The thickness of the pearl ink layer is preferably 5 to 30 μm, and in particular, the pearl pigment is thicker than the synthetic resin ink.
When it is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 10% by weight, it becomes a so-called translucent state, and the multi-reflection characteristics of the pearl ink and the slightly blurred visibility interact to give a sense of perspective.

That is, depending on the incident angle of the light beam, the reflection position changes to the surface, intermediate layer, bottom surface of the pearl ink layer 4, or the surface of the lower pattern printing layer 3, giving a sense of perspective. If the pearl pigment is less than 0.1% by weight of the synthetic resin ink, the multi-reflection properties of the pearl pigment will not be fully exhibited, and if it is contained more than 10% by weight, the pearl ink layer will become opaque and the lower layer will become opaque. The pattern printed layer 3 cannot be seen through, and a sense of perspective cannot be obtained.

In addition, the pearl ink layer is not only applied to the entire surface, but also formed in a hairline shape with a line spacing of 0.1 to 0.5 mm, which makes the reflection of light even more complex, creating an elegant sense of perspective and enhancing the texture of natural wood. It is something to express.

As mentioned above, the decorative material of the present invention exhibits an elegant sense of perspective due to the multiple reflection characteristics of the pearl ink, and especially when the pearl ink layer is formed in a hairline shape, it expresses the grain of natural wood well, making it an innovative product. It can be said to be an interior material.

Example 1 30 g/m 2 paper impregnated with 10 g/m 2 of acrylic resin, a yellowish brown transparent colored layer was formed on the surface of the resin-impregnated paper, a lower layer pattern of zelkova wood grain pattern was gravure printed, and 4 weights of pearl pigment was applied. After that, the upper layer pattern of the wood grain was gravure printed and a transparent urethane resin was applied to the entire surface to obtain a decorative material with the desired perspective.

Example 2 After pasting acrylic resin-impregnated paper on the surface of 12 mm thick plywood via adhesive and applying a light yellow base coat, a lower pattern layer with a stone grain pattern was printed by screen printing, and after drying, pearls were formed. 3% by weight pigment
After coating the entire surface with 5 g of acrylic paint containing 2 square meters and drying, the upper pattern layer of the stone pattern was screen printed.
After drying, a transparent urethane resin was applied and dried to obtain a decorative board with a sense of perspective and depth.
