鈑22,22と前面の耐熱ガラス23,23とか
らなり、対向設置されている。図面では、水平方
向に対向設置した場合を示してあるが、若干上向
きに対向させても差支えない。また、このシユバ
ンクバーナー2,2を、直状に形成して器体1内
両側に設置してよく、また、環状に形成して器体
1内に周設してもよい。

る。調理材料の焙焼中に落下する液汁・タレ等
は、シユバンクバーナー2,2が熱口14の垂線
よりも外方に設置されているため、シユバンクバ
ーナー2,2に接触することなく受皿11に収容
される。また、調理材料は、熱口14から緩慢に
上昇してくる均一温度の加熱空気によつて充分に
ムラなく焙焼される。斯る焼物器は、シユバンク
バーナー2,2の垂直巾を縮小すれば、比例して
器体1の垂直巾を縮小することができ、しかも調
理材料に対する加熱面積を縮小することにはなら
ない。
