Conventionally, floating objects at sea have been prevented by installing oil fences and the like. However, there is no problem if these protective fences are always installed, but if they are installed on a shipping route, for example, it is necessary to open a certain position of the protective fence every time a ship passes by. When this protective fence is opened, there is a drawback that floating objects accumulated inside the protective fence escape over the top of the protective fence and escape to the outside of the protective fence due to water resistance.

That is, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, one float flap F, in which a sheet 2 is suspended from a float 1, is connected to a desired length by a connecting member 3.
In this case, it is necessary to provide a gap 4 between adjacent sheets 2. As a means for providing the gap 4 between the adjacent sheets 2, 2, for example, the width of the sheet 2 is made narrower than the width of the float 1, or
Alternatively, if the width of the float 1 and the width of the sheet 2 are the same, by connecting each float 1 with the connecting tool 3, a gap 4 is provided by the length of the connecting tool 3. Then, as in the present invention, adjacent sheets 2, 2
By providing a gap 4 in between, when water passes through the gap 4, a Karman vortex is generated and pollutants in the water settle. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, for example, a net 5 is placed over the float 1,
This net 5 is fixed with a fastener 6 so that it does not shift. The fixing position by this fastener 6 is not limited to the position shown in the drawings, but the point is that the
Any location is fine as long as it can be firmly fixed.
The net 5 covering the float flap is provided to compensate for floating objects floating on the water surface, and therefore, the lower end of the net 5 only needs to be about 20 meters below the water surface, and does not need to be very long. For example, the net 5 may be slightly wider than the float flap, and it may be installed so that it overlaps the net attached to the adjacent float flap when the float flaps are connected. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of connected float traps may be covered with a single net.

According to the device of the present invention, when installed on the sea, etc., pollutants in the water are precipitated by the Kalyan vortex generated when water passes through the gap between each sheet 2, and the lower end of the net is located below the water surface. Since the length is set, it is possible to reliably capture floating objects floating on the water surface. In addition, when the device of the present invention is temporarily disconnected and moved when installed on a navigation route, there is a gap between adjacent sheets, so water resistance is small, and the net that covers the top of the float is Since the top protrudes from the top of the float 1, when moving the device of the present invention, only water passes from the top of the float 1 through the net 5, and floating objects are not caught in the net 5 or once leaked to the outside. No leakage.
