Conventional technology Steel sheet piles are driven into shallow sea areas or along the shores of lakes and marshes to form large rectangular parallelepiped-shaped landfill ponds, for example, approximately 150 m x 300 m, which are used to dump municipal waste and industrial waste into the ponds for reclamation. However, in this case, water-soluble hazardous substances leak out from the pond bottom and side walls and pollute the surrounding water area.In addition, it is necessary to reduce water leakage as much as possible in reservoirs, etc. It is necessary to make the water impermeable. For this purpose, it is preferable to cover the bottom etc. with an impermeable water-shielding sheet, and as one method for this installation, the applicant has already proposed Japanese Patent Application No. 59-125380 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 61-5109) We are proposing a method for installing impermeable sheets in water areas.
According to this method, an impermeable soft sheet, such as a vinyl chloride sheet, is stretched on the water surface in a wide body of water, the buoyancy of a float attached to the sheet is lost, the sheet is sunk, and the sheet is placed in contact with the bottom and side walls. A sheet can be installed.

Problems that the invention attempts to solve However, when laying this sheet,
The seat is vast, and the buoyancy of the float is gradually dissipated from the center of the seat, leading water to the lower part of the seat periphery and causing it to sink. However, weights are often placed on the seat as appropriate to encourage the sinking. is often tedious and takes a long time.

Means to Solve the Problems The inventors of the present invention came up with the idea that in order to solve the above problems, water holes for draining water from under the seat should be distributed over the entire area of the seat. ,
The present invention was completed.

FIG. 1 shows the water-blocking sheet according to the present invention floating on the surface of a pond. The water-shielding sheet 1 floating on the water surface is made of vinyl chloride, and a rope 2 is used to maintain its position.
The position is held. Float 3 on the seat
are placed at appropriate positions to levitate the sheet above the water surface. Of course, the float may be tied to a corresponding point on the sheet surface with a rope of an appropriate length, and the sheet may be laid with the sheet submerged from the water surface. In addition, water passage holes 4 that can be closed are provided on the sheet surface at desired intervals depending on the size of the sheet over the entire surface of the sheet. These floats and water holes can be installed on land when the sheets are spliced together on one bank of the pond and towed from the opposite bank, and the sheets are launched onto the surface of the pond one after the other.

It is preferable that the water passage hole is easy to operate since its closure is underwater work, and various types of valve types such as gate valve type and butterfly type valve may be used, but the vertical section shown in Fig. 2 is suitable. The one shown in the top view and the plan view in FIG. 3 is preferable. That is, a desired position of the sheet 1 is cut in a cross shape, for example, as an inlet/outlet for water;
A soft cylindrical body 5 is attached around this by gluing or welding the cylindrical end, and a binding rope 7 is provided through a band 6 provided on the body of this cylindrical body.

The installation interval of water inlets depends on the size of the landfill pond and the sheet floating over it.
Determine between 5m and 50m, taking into account the size of the seat. If the water hole spacing is less than 5m, there are too many holes and it takes a lot of effort to open or close the holes, making it difficult to work. It takes a long time to reach the bottom, which is not desirable. Further, the diameter of the water passage hole is as large as possible to be effective in discharging water, but in order to perform the closing operation reliably, the diameter of the water passage hole is preferably as small as 50 to 100 cm. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, there is a drain pipe 8 which is cylindrical at the bottom of the water passage hole and has a number of water flow holes in the cylinder wall.
When installed, this drain pipe doubles as a weight and allows the water under the sheet to be drained away, making it convenient for the water-shielding sheet to be placed on the lowest part of the pond bottom.

Function The sheet of this invention is floated on the water surface or in the water with each water hole open, and by cutting the rope connecting the float and the sheet, the sheet sinks to the bottom of the water due to the difference in specific gravity with the water. It's sinking. During this subsidence, the position holding ropes supporting the seat from the periphery of the seat are loosened so as not to interfere with the subsidence. Also, the corner part of the corresponding sheet needs to be in close contact with the corner part where the side wall rises from the bottom of the pond. Furthermore, by pulling up the side wall of the sheet that was folded back from the shore using an appropriate method and fixing it at an appropriate location on land, the water-shielding sheet can be brought into close contact with the bottom of the pond and the side wall. be able to. Next, the water holes on the water-blocking sheet are closed by underwater work. For example, as shown in Fig. 5, the water passage hole can be completely closed and blocked by adding waterproof adhesive 9 into the open cylindrical body of the water passage hole and tying the rope on the body. Finish installing the water sheet to the bottom of the water.

Effects of the invention According to the invention, the water below the surface of the water-shielding sheet is blown upward through the water holes, causing the sheet to sink due to the difference in specific gravity, so that the sheet sinks quickly. In addition, the water holes are arranged at appropriate intervals over the entire surface of the sheet, allowing the sheet to sink evenly, eliminating the risk of it floating in the water or uneven settling, which will take time to correct. , the water-blocking sheet can be installed correctly in a relatively short time.
