【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は不通気性シートの下部と法肩近傍とに水抜用の
透窓と空気抜用の透窓を形成し、前記透窓を閉止する大
きさの閉止板に弛みを有する複数のロープの一端を固着
し、前記弛みを有する複数のロープの他端を前記不通気
性シートに固着してなる埋立側護岸面の被覆シートに関
するもので、海側と埋立側との海面レベル差を無くする
と共に、被覆シートの浮上や煽りを防止し、被覆シート
裏面の護岸の崩れを防止し得られるものである。

の流出のないものである。
