Conventional technology Conventionally, as a shelf assembly for firing ceramics such as ceramic tiles, a structure in which two rectangular shelves made of refractory material are placed on shelf legs with an appropriate distance between them has been widely used. ing. However, with such conventional shelf assemblies, the flatness of the two shelves may change due to deformation of the shelves during firing, causing the tile bases arranged on the shelves to fall over. Because the shelves would shift during the unloading of tiles and the automatic polishing of adhered glaze, there were problems such as the need to install a shelf alignment device to rearrange the shelves in the correct position before loading the tiles. .

In the figure, 1 is a plurality of shelf legs made of a refractory material such as cordierite, mullite, alumina, etc. that can withstand firing at temperatures of 800°C or higher, installed on the top of the trolley 2, etc.;
is a shelf board made of inorganic refractories such as cordierite, mullite, and silicon carbide that can withstand firing at temperatures of 800°C or higher and is fixed between multiple shelf legs. As shown in the figure, the shelf legs 1 are provided with a plurality of grooves 4 for receiving pins on the upper surface thereof in parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction of the shelf board 3, and each groove 4 has a width of 10 mm or more and a depth of 5 mm, for example. ~30
It is about mm. Shelf board 3 is the width of the bottom surface of the fired product.
It is preferable that a groove 6 with a depth of 2 mm or more is formed in the central part of the integral flat plate member 5 having a width of 80% or more, and a through hole 7 is formed in the central part. The through hole 7 has a surface area of the flat plate member 5.
It is preferable that the area be 40% or less and that it be divided into multiple pieces. As shown in the figure, the shelf board 3 is provided with a plurality of pin holes 8 at positions corresponding to the pin receiving grooves 4 of the shelf legs 1 on both ends thereof, and these pin holes 8 are filled with ceramic such as alumina. It is fixed on the shelf leg 1 by inserting a ceramic pin 9 made of solid wood and fitting its lower end into the pin receiving groove 4 of the shelf leg 1. The length of the ceramic pin 9 is about 30 to 90 mm so that the upper end does not protrude from the surface of the shelf board 3 when the lower end is dropped into the pin receiving groove 4 of the shelf leg 1. Note that the ceramic pin 9 and the pin hole 8 of the shelf board 3
It is preferable to have a gap of about 1 to 3 mm between the ceramic pin 9 and the pin receiving groove 4 of the shelf leg 1, and a gap of about 3 to 5 mm between the ceramic pin 9 and the pin receiving groove 4 of the shelf leg 1. As the shelf board 3 thermally expands, the ceramic pin 9 absorbs the thermal expansion by moving inside the groove 4 of the shelf leg 1. However, if the shelf board 3 is allowed to move in the width direction, tiles etc. The fired product is on shelf board 3.
This may easily cause an accident such as the product falling off. For this reason, it is necessary to provide the groove 4 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the shelf board 3, and to not leave much space between the ceramic pin 9 and the groove 4 in the width direction. In addition to the illustrated shape in which both ends of the groove 4 are open, the groove 4 may also have a shape with only one side open, a rectangular shape, etc. Reference numeral 10 denotes a tipping prevention pin that is inserted into the pin holes 8 at both ends when connecting several shelf boards 3 as necessary, and is similar to the ceramic pin 9 described above.
It is used in conjunction with These toppling prevention pins 10 extend from the upper surface of the shelf board 3 to a height of 50% or more of the total height of the baked products to prevent the baked products from falling over.

Function: With this structure, a large number of fired products 20, such as ceramic tiles, are arranged in parallel on the upper surface of the shelf board 3 made of an inorganic refractory material, and the fired products 20 are fed into a tunnel kiln or the like to be fired. The setting is the same as that of conventional shelves for firing ceramics of this type. However, in the ceramic firing shelf assembly of the present invention, the shelf board 3 is an integral type with a through hole 7 in the center, and the bridging portions on both sides of the through hole 7 create a rib effect to provide strength against bending. Because of this, even when used repeatedly for firing, it does not deform like conventional shelf boards, and the tile base etc. do not fall over. Moreover, the high-temperature gas inside the kiln reaches the bottom surface of the fired product such as the tile base through the through hole 7 of the shelf board 3 and spreads uniformly. etc. can be baked uniformly.

In addition, in the ceramic firing shelf assembly of the present invention, ceramic pins 9 with excellent strength and heat resistance are inserted into the pin holes 8 at both ends of the shelf board 3, and the lower ends are connected to the shelf legs.
Since it is fixed between the shelf legs 1 by fitting it into the recessed groove 4 for the pin receiver, the shelf board will not shift even during automatic tile removal work or automatic polishing work of adhering glaze. Unlike the conventional method, there is no need to provide a shelf alignment device to rearrange the shelves in the correct position before loading the tiles. Furthermore, since the concave grooves 4 for receiving the pins in the shelf legs 1 are formed parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of the shelf board 3, the ceramic pins 9 will not fit into these concave holes even if thermal expansion occurs due to exposure to high temperatures during firing. It slides inside the groove 4 to absorb thermal expansion, and the shelf board 3 will not come off or curve, and the shelf leg 1 will not fall. Further, since the ceramic pin 9 can hardly slide in the width direction of the groove 4, the fired product will not come off the shelf board 3.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, the present invention prevents deformation of the shelf during firing by using a specially shaped shelf with a through hole in the center. By connecting the shelf board and the shelf legs with ceramic pins with a margin in the longitudinal direction, thermal expansion is absorbed, and the shelf board does not shift during tile removal work or automatic polishing work, and the shelf board is This allows the board to be easily installed in the correct position when replacing it.
Therefore, the present invention has extremely great practical value as a ceramic firing shelf assembly suitable for firing ceramic tiles and other ceramics.
