(Prior art) The tile firing shelves conventionally used when firing ceramic tiles in tunnel kilns are rectangular flat plates made of cordierite refractories, for example, and when tiles are placed on them, In order to fire the entire tile uniformly, these two tiles are placed parallel to each other on a trolley in order to improve the circulation of high-temperature gas to the center of the bottom of the tile, where firing is slow, and the upper surface of the tile is placed in parallel. A large number of tile blanks were placed side by side and transported through a tunnel kiln while the tiles were fired. However, as the number of passes through the kiln increases, conventional shelves for firing tiles tend to bend downward, and since they are made up of two separate plates, the amount of bending becomes unbalanced on the left and right, causing the tile to become unbalanced. Contact with the substrate shifted from surface contact to line contact, which tended to cause tiles to fall. Also. In order to prevent this, if the upper part of the tile base is held down with a comb-like tile holder, the natural shrinkage of the tile base during firing is inhibited, causing problems such as deformation of the tile.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) This invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems and stabilizes the tile base by integrating the mounting part of the tile base without causing bending due to repeated use. It was developed for the purpose of being a shelf board for tile firing that can provide good support, and can also distribute heat to the center of the tile base to ensure uniform firing of tiles.

(Example) Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the illustrated example. For example, No. 1 has a composition of 70% alumina and 29% silica, and has a bending strength of 140 kg/1 at 1400°C.
It is a flat plate member made of an alumina-silica-based inorganic refractory having a size of 2 cm or more, and has a width that is 80% or more of the width of the lower surface of the tile base 30 to be supported. If the width of the flat plate member 1 is smaller than this, the contact area with the tile base 30 will be small, which will easily deform the tile base 30 and cause the tile base 30 to fall over. In the example, the lower surface width of the tile base 30 is 280 mm, the total width of the flat plate member 1 is 260 mm, which is 93% of that width, and the plate thickness is approximately 30 to 40 mm.
This flat plate member 1 has both ends serving as pedestal support portions, and grooves 2, 2 with a depth of 2 mm or more are provided in the longitudinal direction in the central portions of both the front and back surfaces. These grooves 2 are connected to the tile base 30 and the flat plate member 1.
The tile is always contacted at two points near both ends of the tile placed on it, at stable positions with an appropriate distance between them, and the hot gas in the furnace reaches the center of the lower surface of the tile base 30. This is for the purpose of entering the area. If this depth is less than 2 mm, the spread of fire to the center will be poor and the firing of the central part of the bottom of the tile will be insufficient, which may change the shrinkage during firing. Reference numeral 3 designates through holes provided in these grooves 2. This through hole 3 shall have an area of 40% or less of the upper surface area of the flat plate member 1, and in the embodiment, the area of the through hole 3 is approximately 10% of the upper surface area of the flat plate member 1.
%. In order to prevent deformation of the left and right flat plate parts, it is preferable to divide the through hole 3 into a plurality of parts as shown in the figure so that the high temperature gas from the bottom evenly hits the tile base 30. It may also be a long and narrow through hole. Through hole 3
If the area exceeds 40% of the upper surface area of the flat plate member 1, the supporting area will decrease and the tile base 30 will easily deform during firing.

(Function) The device configured in this way is shown in Figures 2 and 3.
As shown in the figure, it is conventional to construct a pair of tile bases 11 and 11 on a trolley 10, arrange a large number of tile bases on the top surface, and send the tiles into a tunnel kiln or the like to fire the tiles. It is similar to that of . However, the shelf board for tile firing of the present invention consists of a flat plate member made of an inorganic refractory material with both ends serving as pedestal support parts.
By providing a through hole 3 in a groove 2 provided at the center of both the front and back sides of the flat plate member 1, both side portions 4 and 5 of the flat plate member 1 are connected by bridging portions 6 on both sides of the through hole 3. Since this bridge portion 6 acts in the same way as a rib of H steel or the like, it exhibits strong resistance to bending and torsional stress due to the weight of the tile base.
In addition, since the shelf board for tile firing of the present invention is made of an inorganic refractory with excellent heat resistance, it hardly bends even if it is repeatedly fed into a tunnel kiln with a firing temperature of 1200℃, and the tile parts are always close to both ends. It is possible to stably support the tile base at appropriate intervals. Therefore, various troubles caused by tiles falling down can be effectively prevented, and since there is no need for conventional tile holders to prevent tiles from falling, the tile base can naturally shrink during firing. No deformation occurs. In addition, in the shelf board for tile firing of the present invention, the flat plate member 1 is 80% of the lower width of the tile base 30.
In addition to having the above width, the area of the through hole 3 is set to 40% or less of the surface area of the flat plate member 1, so the contact area with the tile base material can be sufficiently wide, and the tile base material 30 is not deformed. Moreover, since the groove 2 with a depth of 2 mm or more is formed in the center of the flat member 1, the high temperature gas blown up through the through hole 3 enters the entire lower surface of the tile base 30 through the groove 2, and Base material 30
can be uniformly shrunk and fired.

Furthermore, in the vertical tile firing plate of the present invention, protrusions called jitsuken, which are protruded from two ends of the tile, are supported by the flat members 1 on both sides of the groove 2 during firing. In addition to preventing the tiles from collapsing, the grooves 2 absorb the sag that inevitably occurs at the center of the lower end of the tiles during firing, thereby ensuring stability.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention can stably support the tile base without bending even after repeated use, and can evenly fire the tiles. be. Although the above-mentioned embodiment shows an example of use in firing in a tunnel kiln, it goes without saying that the shelf board for tile firing of the present invention can also be used in firing tiles in other types of kilns. Therefore, the present invention has extremely great practical value as it solves the problems of the conventional shelf boards for firing tiles.
