【考案の詳細な説明】
[技術分野]
本考案はコンクリートパネルのような板条の被

従来より、コンクリートパネルのような被焼成
物1は、第5図に示すように耐火レンガ14を積
み上げて形成された焼成治具A′に横置きして焼
成されているが、被焼成物1に釉薬を施した場合
には、釉薬処理面にごみなどが付着して良好な釉
薬が得られないという問題があつた。このため、
第6図に示すように被焼成物1を台車15上で垂
直に保持させて焼成されているが、この場合にあ
つては、被焼成物1の自重により被焼成物1に反
りなどが発生してしまつていた。この為、本考案
者らは既に、第8図に示すように耐火物からなる
構造体7に上面が傾斜した載置材5を取付けると
共に支柱10を立設し、支柱10に支持材3を所
定の角度で傾斜させて取付けた焼成治具A″を考
案して、被焼成物1を傾斜させて縦置きし、被焼
成物1の傾斜側面2を支持材3に支持させると共
に下端面4を載置材5の上面に保持した状態で焼
成することにより、被焼成物1に反りが発生する
ことがなく、しかも被焼成物1に釉薬を塗布して
も釉薬処理面にごみが付着することもなく、良好
な釉薬を得ることができたが、被焼成物1の垂直
面に対する傾斜角度θが13°以下の高角度になる
と、被焼成物1は殆ど下端面4で載置材5により
保持されることになり、従つて自重による反りが

角度となつても被焼成物に自重により反りを発生
させることがない焼成治具を提供することにあ

[考案の開示]
本考案の焼成治具は、板状の被焼成物1を傾斜
させて縦置きする焼成治具であつて、被焼成物1
の傾斜側面2を支持する支持材3を立設し、被焼
成物1の下端面4を支持する載置材5の上面に長
手方向全長に亘つて突条6を突設させて成るもの
であり、この構成により上記目的を達成できたも
のである。即ち、被焼成物1を高角度に傾斜させ
て縦置きした場合にあつても、被焼成物1の下端
面は突条6を介して載置材5に支持されるので、
いわゆる線支持となり、従つて被焼成物1は傾斜
側面2においても支持材3に支持されることにな
り、自重により反りが発生することがないもので

いる構造体7は、所定の間隔をおいて配置された
ステンレス鋼板を被覆した耐火レンガである二本
の縦材8間にステンレス鋼板が被覆された複数本
の横材9が掛け渡されて形成されており、この構
造体7には長手方向に亘つて複数本の支柱10が
立設されており、この支柱10の上端間には水平
バー11が掛け渡され、下部間には支持バー12
が掛け渡されている。構造体7の縦材8の上面に
は、耐火レンガのような耐火物製で長尺の載置材
5が取付けられており、この載置材5の上面は内
方に行く程下方に向けて傾斜した傾斜面5aとな
つており、この上面5aの外側寄りに鋼材のよう
な棒状体が埋設されて上面の長手方向全長に亘つ
て突条6が突設している。載置材5の傾斜面5a
には長手方向に所定の間隔をおいて鉄棒を埋設し
た耐火レンガである複数本の支持材3が立て掛け
られ、その上端部が水平バー11の側面の一対の
アングル13間に嵌め込まれ、下部が支持バー1
2に支持されて、所定の角度θで傾斜して取付け

物を高角度に傾斜させて縦置きした場合にあつて
も、被焼成物の下端面は突条を介して載置材に支
持されるので、いわゆる線支持となり、従つて被
焼成物は傾斜側面でも支持材に支持されることに
なり、自重により反りが発生することがないもの
