【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はタイル等の被焼成物を載置する匣鉢の
耐久性並びに保守性を向上せしめると共に、被焼
成物の均一なる焼成を可能にせしめる様にしたタ
イル等の焼成用匣鉢に関するものである。

従来タイル等の被焼成物を整列載置する窯道具
として使用されている匣鉢は、一般的なものとし
て実公開昭59−60497号公報に記載の様に、耐火
物にて一体成型されたものが使用されているが、
匣鉢は被焼成物と共に高温にて焼成されて歪を生
じるため、反復使用により亀裂が生じ易く、僅か
な亀裂が生じても次回の使用時にこの亀裂部分が
大きくなつて破損したり、焼成時に大きく変形し
て製品に歪を生ぜしめる恐れがあるため、1箇所
でも亀裂が生じた匣鉢は他の部分に異常がなくて
も使用出来ず、耐久性が悪いため特に高級耐火物
を使用した匣鉢においては非常にコスト高とな
り、又一体成型された匣鉢においては亀裂が生じ
易いため通常は載置面に通気孔等を設けておら
ず、このため載置面の中央部と端部では製品の焼
け具合に差が生じる等の欠点を有していた。

する台形状の嵌合突部を形成せしめ、一方側枠の
内部には載置板の嵌合突部に対応する台形状の空
洞部と、載置板の板厚に対応して内面方へ開口す
る挿入口より成る嵌合溝を長手方向両端部間に渉
つて貫通形成せしめると共に、挿入口の上方に対
向する掛止部を垂下突出形成せしめ、側枠の嵌合
溝に対して載置板両端の嵌合突部を遊嵌状に挿嵌
せしめて側枠間に着脱自在に挿嵌支持せしめると
共に、載置板の隣接部に間隙部を形成せしめる様
に離隔配置せしめて成るタイル等の焼成用匣鉢を
提供して上記欠点を解消せんとしたものにして、
以下本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する

部2と、該載置部2とは別体の部材にて両側に対

しめて側枠3,3a間に着脱自在に挿嵌支持せし
めると共に、載置板4,4a…の隣接部に間隙部
10,10aを形成せしめる様に離隔配置せしめ
たので、個々の載置板4,4a…は小面積となる
ため、一枚板の場合に比し焼成時の歪が少なく熱
間荷重に対し有利であり、従つて載置板4,4a
…に対する亀裂の発生率を大幅に減少せしめて耐
久性の向上を図らしめることが出来、又反復使用
により載置板4,4a…に発生する反りが大きく
なつた場合には匣鉢本体1を引つくり返し上下を
逆にして使用することにより、載置板4,4a…
の反りの不具合を回避するため、耐久性を向上出
来、又載置板4,4a…の一部若しくは側枠3,
3aに亀裂が生じても不良部分のみの交換が可能
であり、匣鉢本体1全体を交換する必要がないた
め、匣鉢全体としての耐久性を更に向上せしめて
匣鉢に要する経費の大幅な節減化を図らしめるこ
とが出来、又側枠3,3aを一体的に形成せしめ
ているため、匣鉢本体1の側枠3,3aにより、
多数段に積重ねせしめることが出来、又嵌合突部
5,5aと嵌合溝8との嵌合状態は遊嵌状態にて
設定していることにより、形状並びに材質により
発生する熱膨張の差異を吸収できることにより、
一方の熱膨張による歪を無くせしめることが出来
るため、歪みによる亀裂を防止して匣鉢本体1全
体の耐久性を向上せしめることが出来、又載置板
4,4a…の嵌合突部5,5aと側枠3,3aの
掛止部9を遊嵌状に挿嵌支持せしめて嵌合突部
5,5aと掛止部9との掛止作用により、側枠
3,3aの短手方向に対する抜脱を防止せしめる
ことが出来、又間隙部10,10aを通して焼成
時の燃焼ガスの流通が可能となるため、載置部2
の中央部と端部との間で焼きむらが生じることな
く均一な焼成を期待出来ると共に、焼成時間の短
縮化を図らしめることが出来、又載置板4,4a
…上に載置せしめる被焼成物の大小に対応して間
隙部10,10aを任意に設定できることによ
り、あらゆる大きさの被焼成物に対応が出来るの
