である。これらの繊維は30,000ダルトン分子量遮

はディンバーズ(Danvers) 、 M A(7)

−100ポリスルホン繊維である。アミコンポリスルホ
ン繊維は種々の分子量遮断を持つ種々の寸法がある。こ
れらの繊維は繊維の発光側には多孔性の薄いl−2ミク
ロンの皮と多孔性の粗い多表面を持つ。移層後のアミコ
ンポリスルホン繊維が破損しやすいという問題があるた
め、現時点ではPAN繊維が好ましい。しかし以前使用
されていたアミコンポリスルホン繊維よりも強いポリス
ルホン繊維でなめらかな外表面を持つ鱒維がニーダム(
Needham) 、 MA4)A/G fり/ o
シーコーボレイシw 7 (Technology C
0rpOrajjOn)によって製造され℃いる。例え
ばポリプロピレンやポリカーボネート繊維のような他の
型の重合性中空繊維も好適に使用できると認められてい
る。
繊維の孔サイズの分子量遮断は輸送管内での血餅形成を
促進しないように限外p過液からフィブリノーゲンたん
白質分子を除外するため約300.000ダルトン以下
である必要があるのが好ましい。もしブドウ糖を測定す
るのに光学監視方式を使用するならば、分子量遮断は限
界濾過液からヘモグロビンも除くため約60.000よ
り小さくスルべきである。ブドウ糖の分子量は約180
であるので、繊維の分子量遮断はブドウ糖の繊維の透過
に影響しない1000−2000ダルト/程に小さくす
る。しかしao、ooo−so、oooダルトンの分子
量遮断では、尿酸、ビタミンB1□、インシュリンなど
のような他分子がp過液中で測定できる。

プの使用または注射筒による試料捕集器内の空気の排除

- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、体内の間質部位中の毛細血管から血漿限外ろ過液を
ろ過するためのろ過手段で、該ろ過手段は体内で長期間
開存性を保ち、化学反応を起こさない物質からなる多孔
性ろ過材を含み、このろ過材は間質部位中の毛細血管と
流動的伝達によつて体内に移殖されるように適応される
もので約300,000ダルトン以下の大きさの細孔を
