両端に嵌合突部を有する材木を、その嵌合突部にて各鋼
材柱の嵌合溝に嵌合して材木を順次積み上げることによ
り、各材木の平坦面によって平坦な内壁面を構成し、次
いで、前記内壁面に防水材を重ね合わせる工程と、前記
内壁面に補強材を組みつける工程とのいずれか一方の工
程を実施した後、他方の工程を実施するようにしている
