Traditionally, thinned wood is wood that has been thinned out from planted trees.
The material is mostly immature wood, and the growth rings are small.
Therefore, it is a small-diameter log and is unsuitable for processed lumber products, so it is necessary to use it as a raw material for scaffolding logs, general piles, or logs with a slightly larger diameter are made into small boards and used for miscellaneous products such as Ueno base boards. However, most of it was used as fuel wood such as firewood.
The present invention was provided with the aim of constructing an architectural structure that creates an old-fashioned atmosphere when a large amount of thinned wood is used industrially. By doing so, it can be used as a pillar or wall material that makes up the structure of the building as it is, and it can be easily assembled, dismantled, moved, etc. by the construction method. In contrast to the fixed building structure of a fixed house, where columns and flat plates are usually formed with grooves and protrusions, fitted into each other, joined together, and nailed together, the present invention applies nailing. As mentioned above, the building structure can be easily constructed without the need for any additional wall surface preparation, and because a special plug material is driven in and tightly fixed to the pillars.

To explain this invention with the help of drawings, Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the wall structure of the invention, and Fig. 2 shows an exploded perspective view of the wall structure. Supports 1 and 1' made of thinned wood are set on both sides of the support pillars 1 and 1', and the opposing sides of the supports 1 and 1' are planed to create flat parts 1a and 1'a. Dig plug grooves 1b and 1'b, then cross both sides of the end of the thinned wood at a fixed length,
A barrel 2 with an appropriate thickness and smoothed sides is prepared, and dovetails of the same shape as the dovetail grooves 1b and 1'b are formed on the butt surface of the barrel 2 as shown in FIG. Plug groove 2a,
2b, and dovetail grooves 2a and 2b.
In this way, the barrel difference 2 is connected to the dovetail plug grooves 2'a and 2'b (see Fig. 3).
a, 2b and plug grooves 2'a, 2'b are formed.Next, the dovetail plug groove 2a of the barrel difference 2 and the dovetail plug groove 1b of the strut 1 are butted and joined. At the same time, by butting and joining the dovetail grooves 2b of the trunk difference 2 and the dovetail grooves 1'b of the struts 1', dovetail-shaped holes (not shown) are formed along the struts 1 and 1'. Next, another barrel 2 having the same shape as the barrel 2 is stacked to form a wall, but as shown in the exploded view of FIG. The plug 3 is inserted into the plug groove 2'a, and another barrel difference 2 is stacked on top of the plug 3.
The plug is fitted into the plug groove 2'b and brought into close contact to form a two-tier stack.
Furthermore, the plug 3 is inserted into the plug groove 2'a of another barrel difference 2 stacked in the third stage on the joint surface as described above,
In this way, the fourth and fifth stages and the isomorphic bodies 2 are successively stacked to create a stratified structure as shown in Figure 3. Plug groove 1b,
1'b and the dovetail grooves 2a and 2b cut into the butt sides of the stacked barrels 2 (not shown), the depth increases as the stacking increases. When the height of the barrel difference 2 reaches an appropriate height, cut the dovetail plugs 4, 4' to an appropriate length and press-fit them into the cave (not shown) from above. , the dovetail plugs 4 of appropriate length, up to the height of the stacking of the barrel difference 2...
4' is press-fitted and added, and the top surface of the top layer of the barrel difference 2'... is smoothed and made flat.
In addition, the outside of the barrel 2 can be made not only circular but also square. FIG. 4 shows the pillars 1, 1' and the barrel 2 shown in the embodiment of FIG.
This is an embodiment in which the dovetail plugs 4, 4' that are press-fitted into a cavity (not shown) formed in the wall surface by stacking... are square cubic plugs 4a, 4'a. However, in this case, it is desirable to use adhesive to prevent the columns 1, 1' and the trunk 2... from coming off.
Next, FIG. 5 shows an embodiment in which the dovetail plugs 4, 4' according to the embodiment shown in FIG. Figure 6 shows the groove type depending on the purpose of the column. A shows the corner column, B shows the middle column, and C shows the trigonal column. The wall surface is constructed depending on the position, but the groove type is for dovetail grooves 1b and 1'.
b is changed to a square cubic plug groove as shown in Fig. 4, and Fig. 6 C is used as a three-way plug, but the dovetail plug groove is cut into a square cubic plug groove. It will be replaced.

The wall structure obtained by this inventive construction method does not require the use of nails, and by inserting other members into the pillars and the girders, as well as the joint surfaces between the girders.
It compensates for the defects of thinned wood, achieves the purpose of interconnection installation, and makes use of its characteristics in building structures, that is, thinned wood is a single standing tree,
Due to climate change, the influence of temperature and humidity is large, twisting,
The greatest feature of the present invention is that defects such as bending, expansion, and contraction are prevented by an intermediate member.

To explain the configuration of this invention method, depending on the structure of the building, each of the pillars shown in Fig. 6 is erected at a predetermined position, and dovetail grooves are installed in line with the wall surface to be joined to the sides of each pillar. square cube groove,
Alternatively, by digging a drum-shaped groove, at the same time, dovetail grooves 2a, 2b, square cube grooves,
Or, while digging a drum-shaped groove, the body difference 2...
Plug grooves 2'a, 2'b are cut in the contact surfaces that join the dovetail plugs 4, 4', and the dovetail plugs 4, 4'
Square cube 4a, 4'a or hourglass plug 4b, 4'b
press-fit and tie as required,
The wall surface of the architectural structure is constructed by stacking the barrel differences 2 and fitting the stopper 3 between the contact surfaces. It has an old-fashioned feel, and is highly resistant to temperature due to the thickness of the thinned wood.
In addition, since no nails are used, it is easy to assemble, dismantle, and transport, and since thinned wood can be obtained at a low price, the construction cost is low, and it has extremely practical effects.

1. Smooth the thinned wood pillar vertically to form a flat part, and dig dovetail grooves vertically on the flat part.
Then, dovetail grooves are symmetrically dug at the ends of the wood on both sides of the thinned wood at a fixed length, and dovetail grooves are cut on both sides symmetrically by connecting the dovetail grooves. The end of the plug groove and the flat side of the strut with the dovetail groove are joined together to form a cave. Next, the plug groove of another body gap is butted relative to the previous body gap. , Push the stopper into the stopper groove to bring the body parts into close contact. In this way, stack the body parts one after another, and form a hole along the vertical surface of the support. Next, , a wall construction method using thinned wood as a member, which has the characteristic of having a wall lamination structure by inserting a dovetail plug from above into the formed cave and bringing the cave gap and the pillar into close contact.
