A ceiling frame is installed at the top of the main pillar, and gable frames are installed on both left and right sides of the ceiling frame and floor frame to form the framework of the small unit house. In this case, the floor frame has an insulating structure. It is customary to have the following.

不利な点である。In the former type, which combines a single panel material and insulation material, the thickness of the insulation material must be considerably thick in order to achieve the desired insulation effect, and in the latter case, the thickness of the insulation material must be considerably thick. In the case where the floor panel is filled with a heat insulating material, the structure of the floor panel is complicated and the manufacturing cost increases accordingly, which are disadvantageous.

A heat insulating structure for the floor frame in a unit small house consisting of a ceiling, floor, and both gable frames made of steel frame materials, and pillars connecting the frames, the girder side being arranged around four circumferences of the floor frame. Floor panels are stretched across the upper surfaces of the girders and the small beams installed between the girders, and the lower surfaces of the buckling prevention beams installed perpendicularly to the lower surfaces of the girders are placed on the gable side girder side. At the same time, between this insulation material and the girder girder, a gable side insulation material is stretched in communication with the insulation material, and between the lower surface of the floor panel and both of the insulation materials. There is an independent air layer between them.

For the purpose of preventing buckling of the small beams 4, a buckling prevention beam material 5 (made of wood or other ), and a heat insulating material (made of polystyrene foam or the like) 7 is stretched using a fastener such as a peg, using the lower surface of the buckling prevention beam 5 as a mounting surface.

, 3, as is clear from Figures 2 and 3, the buckling prevention beams 5, 5 are stopped at a length that does not reach the girders 3, 3, and are stopped at a distance from the girders 3, 3. The length is such that both ends of the heat insulating material 7 slightly protrude from both ends, thereby leaving a gap between both ends of the heat insulating material 7 and the inner surfaces of the girders 3, 3.

As shown in the third figure, by polymerizing and bonding and integrating with the adhesive 11, the insulation materials 7, 8.8 completely cover the lower surface of the floor frame B corresponding to the floor panel 1, and thus An independent air layer 9 is defined between the floor panel 1 and the heat insulating materials 7, 8, 8, which shuts off the inside and outside.

This is done in advance by facing downward, and the installation of the gable side connecting insulation materials 8, 8 will be done after the unit frame assembly and welding work.

Between the floor panel 1 on the top surface and the insulation materials 7, 8.8 on the bottom surface, there is an independent air layer 9 that is completely blocked, so the air layer 9 has a heat insulating effect and the heat insulation material 7,8

The thickness of the heat insulating materials 7, 8.8 in this invention is the thickness of the floor panel 1.

Furthermore, in the present invention, in order to obtain a synergistic effect between the air layer 9 and the heat insulating material 7°8.8, the structure of the floor frame B is utilized, and the small beam 4 is
It is only necessary to extend the heat insulating materials 7, 8.8 through the buckling prevention beams 5 on the side, which is more effective than the conventional floor panel having a double panel structure and filling the middle with heat insulating material. It is clear that a simple structure is sufficient and that it can be obtained economically at low cost.

By connecting the gable side insulation materials 8 and 8 after welding, it is possible to cover the entire lower surface and create an independent air layer 9 between it and the floor panel 1, ensuring the insulation effect of the air layer 9. There is no heat generation or burnout of the heat insulating material, which is particularly advantageous as a floor heat insulating structure in small unit houses.
