Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare a low cost printing wire, by simultaneously forming a wire part and a wire pin part by bending processing using a piece of a material. CONSTITUTION:A wire material 31 is protruded from the mouth of a guide bush 32 by a necessary length, and tools (a)-(f) and a cutting tool 30 are arranged around the material 31. The tool (a) advances to bend the material at a right angle and retracts to the original position. Next, by the advance and retraction of the tools (b)-(e), the wire material 31 is bent into a quadrilateral so as to surround the center of said material 31 and the tools (f), (g) advance to press the material to form a circle around a wire. At last, the cutting tool 30 advances to cut off the wire from the material. By this method, a printing wire wherein a wire part and a wire pin part are combined and united is prepared.

[Summary of the Invention] - The present invention improves the shape of the print wire used in a ballistic type wire impact dot head by - making the print wire part of the same material as the book and colliding with the actuator that drives the wire (hereinafter referred to as wire pin). By wrapping one side of the printing wire around the printing wire, it is possible to process two parts into one part at the same time, which shortens the manufacturing lead time. Moreover, it is possible to provide a method for manufacturing a printed wire that is lightweight, inexpensive, and highly durable.

The printed wire shape used in the conventional balliste soak type wire impact dot head is composed of two parts, as shown in Fig. 10: a metallic wire (10a) manufactured by wire drawing, etc., and a metallic or non-metallic wire (10a). Wire bins (10A) were manufactured by cutting and molding, etc., and were integrated by welding, gluing, caulking, etc.

However, the conventional technology with the two-part structure described above contributes to a significant cost reduction compared to the printed wire cut out using an automatic lathe, etc. (Fig. 11); Due to the assembly time required,
Further drastic cost reductions could not be expected. Further, machining using an automatic lathe or the like has problems such as a long machining time and a waste of material.

By manufacturing a printed wire in which the wire portion and the wire bin portion are integrated in this way, the manufacturing process of the wire bin and the assembly process of the wire and the wire bin are omitted, so the overall process is shortened and the yield is improved. Moreover, the book manufacturing time is reduced to several seconds, and unattended machine operation is also possible, making it possible to manufacture ultra-low-cost printed wires. [Effects of the Invention] As stated above, the present invention According to , the wire part and wire bin part are manufactured by simultaneous processing using wire shapes such as metals and non-metals, so the assembly process of the wire and wire bin is eliminated, lead time is short, and the printed wire is ultra-low cost. It has the effect of being able to provide the following.
