の確実性がないという欠点がある。 Conventionally, in the hulls of small boats such as small yachts and surfboards, the hull shell and deck were integrally molded with plastic and joined together on the ship's side, but there were various defects in the structure of the joints. . In other words, conventional joint structures include those shown in Fig. 6 A to F, but in the structure shown in A, if there is even a slight error in the respective dimensions and shapes of the hull skin 1 and the deck 2, the two will not overlap. The adhesion of the part 31 becomes incomplete, and in the structure B, unevenness tends to occur at the joint part 32, which is difficult to smooth, and in the structure C, the joint part protrudes, which is dangerous. However, if the fender 34 is attached to the protruding part as shown in D, the number of parts will increase and the work will be complicated, and in the structure shown in E, split molds must be used when forming the deck 2 and the hull skin 1. Therefore, the molding cost increases, and the dimensions and shapes of the deck 2 and hull skin 1 need to be accurate, and adhesives are used and plastic is foamed inside.
Since the foaming pressure is used to press the bonded portion 38, there is a drawback that the bonding is not reliable.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a hull outer plate, and 2 is a deck, which are integrally formed by molding plastic and are connected to each other at a joint 6 on the ship side. 3 is the mast, 4 is the centerboard, and 5 is the fin.

The upper end of the deck 2 is bent outward substantially horizontally to form a flange portion 11, and the side plate of the deck 2 forms an extension portion 21 that is in contact with the outer surface of the flange portion 11 and extends downward substantially vertically. . The portion surrounded by the flange portion 11, the extension portion 21, and the side plate 13 is filled with a filler 7 such as a silicone sealant to join them to each other. The dimensions of the filler 7 may be, for example, approximately 15 mm for h and 5 mm for l.

いために危険はなく、外観上もすぐれている。 In order to obtain such a structure, the hull outer plate 1 and the deck 2 are integrally molded in advance by plastic molding, and an appropriate number of protrusions 8 are attached inside the deck 2 in the length direction. And Detsuki 2
The upper end of the hull outer plate 1 on the ship's side is fitted inside, and the flange portion 11 is positioned by abutting against the protrusion 8, and the filler material 7 is filled and bonded. With this structure, there is no problem even if there are some errors between the deck 2 and the hull shell 1, and the adhesion is also possible from the outside surface to the filler 7.
This can be done reliably since it is done by filling the joint with water, and there is no danger since the joint does not protrude outward, and the appearance is also excellent.

If the core material 9 is used to cover the joint portion 6, the position of the joint portion 6 is determined by the core material 9, so there is no need to attach the protrusion 8. In addition, if an adhesive is applied to the outer surface of the core material 9 and bonded to the deck 2 and the hull outer panel 1, the deck 2 and the hull outer panel 1 can be made thinner to improve the overall rigidity. It is possible.

ぐれたものである。 As explained above, this invention forms a downwardly opening recess between the outer side of the hull outer plate and the inner side of the deck and connects the two by filling the recess with adhesive. The joining process is simple, the adhesion can be done reliably, and the appearance is excellent.
