Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) In a watertight fixing device for the edge of a waterproof sheet laid on the inner surface of the frame of a structure such as a water storage tank, a joint plate of the edge of the sheet on the frame surface is water-absorbent and swellable.
