BACKGROUND ART Recently, there has been active research and development into coated metal enclosures that are constructed watertight and airtight by seam welding coated metal materials (mainly stainless steel materials) to the inner and outer surfaces of structures. In order to attach the rising portion of the coated metal material to a structure, a movable hanger having a tongue piece that moves appropriately in response to thermal expansion and contraction of the coated metal material is used. This is to prevent thermal stress distortion from occurring in the coated metal material and, ultimately, in the coated metal envelope due to thermal expansion and contraction. For this reason, it is particularly required that the tongue pieces of the movable hanger slide smoothly in response to thermal expansion and contraction. It is also required to strengthen the tensile strength of the movable hanger body and the tongue piece, but few methods have been developed other than increasing the thickness of the metal material that constitutes this. . In addition, in the actual construction of the coated metal enclosure using movable suspenders, the movable suspenders are installed at a pitch of approximately 20 cm to approximately 30 cm, so a considerable number of movable suspenders are required, reducing the construction cost. The movable hanger is relatively expensive, and there is a demand for a movable hanger that is simple and inexpensive.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor has developed the present invention by integrally forming a vertical tongue part on one side of the mounting part, and making the mounting part face in the longitudinal direction. A long hole was drilled, the width was slightly smaller than the width of the long hole, the longitudinal direction was shorter than the length of the long hole, and the plate thickness was slightly thicker than the thickness of the mounting part. By using the long washer provided in the long hole as a movable hanger, it can move in response to the thermal expansion and contraction of the coated metal envelope due to seam welding, making the configuration extremely simple and inexpensive, and solving the problem described above. This solves the problems.

The plate material was 0.2 mm to about 2 mm. Furthermore, an elongated hole 3 facing in the longitudinal direction of the mounting portion 1 (the width direction of the vertical tongue portion 2) is bored approximately at the center of the mounting portion 1. The mounting portion 1 is often provided with a bulging rib or the like as necessary.

First, to describe the construction of a coated metal envelope using the present invention, the coated metal material 7 is placed on the top or side of a base material 8 such as a steel frame or reinforced concrete, and the rising portion 7a on one side is A large number of movable hangers are fixed at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction. To explain this in detail, the mounting tool 6 is inserted into the approximate center of the elongated hole 3 of the mounting part 1 so that the vertical tongue part 2 contacts the outer surface of the rising part 7b, and the mounting part 6 is mounted to the base material 7. Fix the tool 6. At this time, the mounting part 1 is attached to the elongated hole 3.
It is slidably attached to the fixture 6 via the . That is, the fixture 6 is driven in through the long washer 5. Since the movable hanger is slidably provided in this manner, its position may shift, and the vertical tongue portion 2 may be temporarily fixed (by spot welding, etc.) to the rising portion 7b. Next, the adjacent coated metal material 7 is lined up with the front coated metal material 7 so that the rising parts 7b and 7a are in contact with each other, and the vertical tongue piece 2 of the movable hanger is held between them, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the rising portions 7b and 7a are seam welded together with the vertical tongue portion 2, and these steps are repeated to complete the construction of the coated metal envelope.

In the present invention, a vertical tongue piece 2 is integrally formed on one side of the mounting part 1, and a long hole 3 facing the longitudinal direction is bored in the mounting part 1, and the width is greater than the width of the long hole 3. A long washer 5 that is slightly smaller in size, shorter in the longitudinal direction than the length in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 3, and slightly thicker than the plate thickness of the mounting portion 1 is provided in the long hole 3. By using a movable suspender, it is movable in response to the thermal expansion and contraction of the coated metal envelope due to seam welding, and has the advantage of being extremely simple and inexpensive.

By making the direction shorter than the length in the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole 3 and making the plate thickness slightly thicker than the plate thickness of the mounting part 1, the mounting part 1 with the vertical tongue part 2 is formed.
The long washer 5 can be slid appropriately through the long hole 3 with the long washer 5 facing in the longitudinal direction, and can be slid against the long washer 5 even if the coated metal envelope thermally expands and contracts depending on the outside temperature. With respect to the thermal expansion and contraction, there is an effect that it is possible to completely prevent the occurrence of deformation strain or damage due to thermal stress or the like of the coated metal envelope.

Furthermore, since the mounting portion 1 and the vertical tongue portion 2 are integrated, it can be made strong against external forces (tensile loads such as wind pressure).
