BACKGROUND ART Recently, there has been active research and development into coated metal enclosures that are constructed watertight and airtight by seam welding coated metal materials (mainly stainless steel materials) to the inner and outer surfaces of structures. In order to attach the rising portion of the coated metal material to a structure, a movable hanger having a tongue piece that moves appropriately in response to thermal expansion and contraction of the coated metal material is used.
This is to prevent thermal stress distortion from occurring in the coated metal material and, ultimately, in the coated metal envelope due to thermal expansion and contraction. For this reason, it is particularly required that the tongue pieces of the movable hanger slide smoothly in response to thermal expansion and contraction. It is also required to strengthen the tensile strength of the movable hanger body and the tongue piece, but few methods have been developed other than increasing the thickness of the metal material that constitutes this. . In addition, in the actual construction of the coated metal enclosure using the movable hanger,
Since the movable suspenders are installed at a pitch of approximately 20 cm to approximately 30 cm, there is a considerable number of movable suspenders, making the construction cost relatively high. Therefore, there is a desire for a simple and inexpensive structure for the movable suspenders. ing.

Therefore, in the present invention, a plurality of elastic steel wires such as piano wires are planted almost vertically on the mounting part, and a movable hanger is provided at the upper end of the plurality of elastic steel wires, thereby removing the covered metal by seam welding. It is movable freely in the X and Y directions in response to the thermal expansion and contraction of the enclosure, and has an extremely simple and inexpensive structure, which solves the above-mentioned problems.

In some cases, end through holes 2a, 2a may be provided at two locations on both ends of the mounting portion 1 (see dotted lines in Figure 3). 3 is an elastic steel wire such as a piano wire, and the lower ends of the plurality of elastic steel wires 3, 3, . Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the lower ends of the elastic steel wires 3, 3, . The lower ends of the elastic steel wires 3, 3, . A movable hanger 4 is made of a metal plate that can be seam welded to other metal plates, and is provided at the upper end of the plurality of elastic steel wires 3, 3, . . . . Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the upper ends of the elastic steel wires 3, 3, . . . are fixed to the movable tongue piece 3, or the fourth
As shown in the figure, the upper ends of the elastic steel wires 3, 3, . In the experimental example, spring steel or stainless steel was used for the movable tongue piece 4 in terms of durability, strength, corrosion resistance, etc., and conditions were set such that it could be seam welded with other metal plates and maintain watertightness after welding. The material used was a plate with a thickness of about 0.2 mm to about 2 mm.

As shown in FIG. 6, the rising portions 6b are formed at appropriate heights depending on the position, and the rising portions 6b, 6b and the movable tongue piece 4 are seal welded together to form an expansion joint with an open bottom. 7 is formed. The expansion joints 7 at locations A and B in FIG. 6 are particularly large in size, and the movable tongue piece 4 of the present invention is mainly used here. The present invention is often used for other small-sized expansion joints 7 as well. 8 is a base material such as a steel frame or reinforced concrete.

First, the construction of a coated metal enclosure using this device will be described. A coated metal material 6 is placed on the top or side of a base material 8 such as a steel frame or reinforced concrete, and a number of movable tongues are fixed at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the rising portion 6a of one side of the coated metal material 6. In summary, the fixture 5 is inserted into the through hole 2 of the mounting portion 1 so that the movable tongue 4 contacts the outer surface of the rising portion 6b, and the fixture 5 is fixed to the base material 7. Next, the adjacent coated metal material 6 is lined up next to the previous coated metal material 6 so that the rising portions 6b and 6a are in contact with each other, and the movable tongue 4 of the movable tongue is sandwiched between them, and the rising portions 6b and 6a are seam welded to the movable tongue 4, as shown in Figures 5 and 6. This process is repeated in sequence to complete the construction of the coated metal enclosure.

To explain the operation and effect in detail, the mounting part 1 is fixed to the base material 8, and the movable tongue piece 4 is attached to the rising part 6b,
6b and seam welded together to form the expansion joint part 7. Even if the coated metal envelope formed by repeating these steps in sequence expands and contracts in an appropriate direction with respect to the outside temperature, The plurality of elastic steel wires 3, 3, . Mounting location of piece 4 and mounting part 1
It is possible to absorb thermal expansion and contraction without causing damage or deformation to the attachment points, and as a whole, it is possible to prevent any thermal stress distortion from occurring in the coated metal envelope. Moreover, the plurality of elastic steel wires 3, 3, . . . exist even against external forces (tensile loads such as wind pressure), and the tensile strength thereof can be made extremely strong. Also,
The present invention has an extremely simple structure, can be mass-produced, and can be provided at low cost.
