したり、第4図bのように、予め長尺ナツト5を
溶着した溝形鋼12を補強筋4に溶着し、これを
埋設してALCパネルを形成したもの等がある。
しかし、これらはいずれも第4図cや第4図dに
矢印Mで示したような外力に対しては非常に強い
構造であるが、鉄筋かごに製作誤差があると、そ
れがパネル面内方向の金具位置精度に直接影響を
及ぼし、さらに第4図bのような例では埋込金具
と鉄筋がうまく接しなく溶接が不可能になつたり

次元方向の剛性が高く、しかも、上下両面側それ
ぞれに配筋した補強筋4,4に固着してあるた
め、面内および面外方向の外力により変形したり
移動したりする恐れがなく、作用する外力は補強
筋4,4を介してパネル全体に分散されるため、
ALCパネルに局部的な力が作用することなく、
取付金具部分やALCパネルの破損を防止できる。
また、本考案の特徴として、以上述べた効果の他
に、取付金具を位置精度良く配置できるという効
果がある。従来の埋込金具では、パネル面内方向
の位置精度が、鉄筋かごの製作誤差により直接影
響を受けていた。ところが本考案の埋込金具によ
ると、第2図中のフランジ平面部8の幅xによつ
て鉄筋かごの製作誤差を吸収し、取付金具を位置
精度良く取付けることができる。また、鉄筋を曲
げたり、付加したりする等の無理な位置合わせの
必要がないため、作業能率も大きく向上する等の
