本考案は、熱交換器の支持部材である熱交換器

トで締結固定していた。ところが、それらの組み

必要があり、該作業が面倒である欠点を有してい
た。又、枠体自体が比較的大げさなものとならさ
るを得ないにも拘わらず、それが剛性及び耐振性
に欠ける欠点を有していた。

とおりである。即ち、一対の側柱部2,2を互い
に平行に位置する。この側柱部は、夫々両側壁部
及び底部により断面コ字状に一体形成されたもの
であると共に、夫々の底部の外面が互いに平行に
対向して配置される。そして、外周が矩形に形成
されたシユラウド部3の左右両側の平行二辺を、
夫々裏面側の前記側壁部に接合する。それと共
に、上下の平行二辺が前記底部の幅と同一高さに
折り曲げられて上下の閉塞部11を形成する。そ
して、そのシユラウド部3の中央部にフアン用の
円形口4を形成する。そして、側柱部2の表面側
の前記側壁部が熱交換器のサイドメンバー1,1
に締結固定されるように、ボルト孔6を該側壁に
穿設したものである。

けられてる。即ち、この側柱部2は両側壁部及び

2の底部が互いに対面するように平行に配置され
る。そして、両側柱部2,2間にシユラウド部3
がその両縁部で溶接等の手段により確固に固定さ
れる。このシユラウド部3は中央部に円形孔4が
形成され、その孔縁部がわずかの筒状部を形成
し、外方へ突出されている。それと共に、シユラ
ウド部3の上下端部は夫々傾斜して折り曲げら
れ、そこに閉塞部11を形成する。そして、その
閉塞部の縁部が前記側柱部2の底部に夫々一体的
に固定される。さらに、シユラウド部3の両側縁
が夫々の側柱部2の裏面側の側壁部に接合され
る。又、側柱部2の下端には夫々基部7が突設さ
れ、該基部7が車両の支持部材に固定される。さ
らに枠部の上端部も必要に応じて車両の適宜な支
持部材に固定される。又、側柱部2の表面側の前
記側壁部に複数のボルト孔6が穿設される。この
ボルト孔6は熱交換器のサイドメンバー1,1の
ボルト孔に整合する位置に穿設される。そして、
両サイドメンバー1,1と枠体の両側柱部2,2
が当接され、ボルト孔にボルト9を挿通しナツト
10により両者間を締結固定する。なお、このサ
イドメンバー1は熱交換器の強度メンバーを構成
し、それがタンク8及び図示しないチユーブプレ
ートとろう付け等の手段により一体的に固定され
ている。このようにして熱交換器が本枠体に組み
付けられると共に、円形孔4内に図示しないフア
ンが内装され、該フアンを支持する図示しないス
テイが側柱部2その他に固定されるものである。
なお、本考案は上記実施例に限定されるものでは
勿論なく、例えばシユラウド3を側柱部2の裏面
側の側壁部にビス止めし、或いはリベツト等によ
