PURPOSE:To mass-produce a filter combining a cap easily, and to improve the accuracy of the laminating of an image sensing element and the filter and enhance the aspect of quality such as the facility of work and workability by simultaneously conducting the laminating of the filter onto the image sensing element and sealing to the opening section of a package by the cap.
