却搬送装置。 2、前記スクリュー羽根の軸は、中空管状をなし、かつ
、その両端部を軸受によって支承されており、中央部付
近に軸受を備えていないことを特徴とする特許請求の範
囲第1項に記載の食鳥の冷却搬送装置。 3、前記の直円筒状水路の下流側は水槽内に開口してお
り、該直円筒状水路の上流側はテーパ状に拡開されて大
径円筒状の投入槽に接続しており、該投入槽はその上部
に層体投入口を設けたものであることを特徴とする特許
請求の範囲第1項に記載の食鳥の冷却搬送装置。 4、上記投入槽は、該投入槽内の水位を制御する手段を
備えたものであり、該制御手段の制御水位は前記テーパ
状拡開部の小径端部を垂直断面の頂点よりも高く、大径
端部の垂直断面の頂点よりも低いことを特徴とする特許
