PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient welding strength without backing strap by providing a 2nd member forming a groove in the space with a slope part by coming into contact with a 1st member forming a slope part, providing a 1st bead part at the groove part and providing a 2nd bead part at the back thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a joint welding structure the 1st member 1 forming a slope part 3 by removing the corner part of one end is provided and the 2nd member forming a groove part 4 in the space with the slope 3 by coming into contact with one end of this 1st member in orthogonal state is provided. The 1st bead part 5 built up on the groove 4 is provided and the 2nd bead part 6 built up on the opposite side apart from the contact part 7 of this 1st bead part 5 is provided. Accordingly, the penetration range at the welding time of the 1st bead 1 and that of the 2nd bead can be doubled, a welding defect is made to be difficult to cause and sufficient welding strength is obtd.

In the heel joint welding structure of the present invention, there is provided a first member in which a corner portion of one end is removed to form a sloped portion, and the first member contacts the one end of the first member in a perpendicular state to form a gap between the sloped portion and the first member. A second member having a groove formed therein, a first bead portion formed in the groove, and a second bead portion formed on the opposite side of the first bead portion across the contact portion. It is prepared.

According to this invention, a second member is provided which forms a groove portion between the slope portion by contacting the first member that forms a slope portion, and a first member that is built up in the groove portion is provided. Since a bead portion is provided and a second bead portion raised on the opposite side of the first bead portion is provided, by appropriately setting the width of the contact portion, the width of the first bead portion can be increased in the vicinity of the contact portion. The penetration range during welding and the penetration range during welding of the second bead portion can overlap. Therefore, welding defects are less likely to occur, and sufficient welding strength can be obtained without a backing metal.
It's cheap and fits well.

また、裏はつりが不要なので、作業性が良い。Also, since there is no need to hang the back side, it is easy to work with.

One embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. This dovetail joint welding structure is provided with a first member 1 in which a corner portion of one end is removed to form a sloped portion 3, and by contacting one end of the first member l in a perpendicular state, the sloped portion 3 is formed.
A second member having a groove portion 4 formed therebetween is provided, a first bead portion 5 is provided on the groove portion 4, and the contact portion 7 of the first bead portion 5 is separated from the first bead portion 5. A second bead portion 6 is provided on the opposite side.

In FIG. 1, the first member 1 and the second member 2 are iron plates, and the first member 1 is arranged vertically and the second member 2 is arranged horizontally. The end surface of the second member 2 is abutted against the upper end side surface of the first member 1 . The slope part 3 is the first
It is provided facing upward at the upper end of the member 1, and forms a V-shaped groove portion 4 between it and the end surface of the second member. The contact portion 7 has a width of approximately 2 mm or less (Fig. 3).

The reason why the width of the contact portion 7 is set to be approximately 2 m or less is that in order to ensure dimensional accuracy during welding, it is better to have a wider width, but in order to overlap the welding range, it is better to have a narrower width. This is the result of selecting a width that satisfies both conditions.

If the width of the contact part 70 is made too wide (as shown in Fig. 3), the welding penetration range during welding of the first bead part 5 and the second bead part 6 will not overlap, resulting in insufficient welding strength. I can't get it.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the second member 2 with the groove portion 4 formed between it and the slope portion 3 is provided by contacting the first member 1 with the slope portion 3 formed thereon, and the second member 2 is opened. Since the first bead portion 5 is provided on the tip portion 4 and the second bead portion 6 is provided on the opposite side of the first bead portion 5, the width of the contact portion 7 can be appropriately set. Therefore, in the vicinity of the contact portion 7, the weld penetration range during welding of the first bead portion 5 and the weld penetration range during welding of the second bead portion 6 can be made to overlap. Therefore, welding defects are less likely to occur, sufficient welding strength can be obtained without a backing metal, and costs are low.
