Conventionally, corner joints have been welded using a backing metal 21, as shown in Figure 11. The throat thickness is the same as the plate thickness of the plate 22 on the abutting side. A part of the back plate 21 is also melted into it.

In the corner joint welding structure of the present invention, there is provided a first member in which a corner portion of one end is removed to form a sloped portion, and the first member contacts the one end of the first member in a perpendicular state to form a gap between the sloped portion and the first member. A second member having a groove formed therein, a first bead portion formed in the groove, and a second bead portion formed on the opposite side of the first bead portion across the contact portion. It is prepared.

Since a bead portion is provided and a second bead portion raised on the opposite side of the first bead portion is provided, by appropriately setting the width of the contact portion, the width of the first bead portion can be increased in the vicinity of the contact portion. The penetration range during welding and the penetration range during welding of the second bead portion can overlap. Therefore, welding defects are less likely to occur, sufficient welding strength can be obtained without a backing metal, and the cost is low and easy to fit.
また、裏はつりが不要なので、作業性が良い。 Also, since there is no need to hang the back side, it is easy to work with.

In this corner joint welding structure, a first member 1 is provided with a slope portion 3 formed by removing a corner portion of one end, and the first member 1 is brought into contact with the slope portion 3 in a perpendicular state by contacting one end of the first member 1. A second member having a groove portion 4 formed therebetween is provided, a first bead portion 5 is provided on the groove portion 4, and a second member is provided on the opposite side of the first bead portion 5 across the contact portion 7. A second bead portion 6 is provided.

The member 2 is arranged horizontally. First member 1
The end surface of the second member 2 is abutted against the side surface of the upper end. The slope portion 3 is provided facing upward at the upper end of the first member 1, and forms a V-shaped groove portion 4 between it and the end surface of the second member. The contact part 7 is 2

選択した結果である。 The reason why the width of the contact part 7 is set to be about 2 mm or less is that in order to ensure dimensional accuracy during welding, it is better to have a wider width, but in order to overlap the penetration range, it is better to have a narrower width. This is the result of selecting a width that satisfies both.

The penetration ranges during welding do not overlap, and sufficient welding strength cannot be obtained.

FIG. 5 shows a case where an end plate 9 is welded to the end face of a beam 8 made of an H-shaped cross section, and FIG. 6 shows a case where a column base plate 11 is welded to the bottom face of a channel steel 10. FIG. 7 is a side view showing the welding in FIG. 5. As shown in FIG. 7, since there is no backing metal, it fits well and does not hinder the work of attaching the bolts 12.

A first bead portion 5 is provided on the tip portion 4, and a second bead portion 5 is provided on the opposite side of the first bead portion 5.
Since the bead portion 6 is provided, by appropriately setting the width of the contact portion 7, the penetration range during welding of the first bead portion 5 and the welding range of the second bead portion 6 in the vicinity of the contact portion 7 can be adjusted. It is possible to overlap the melting range. Therefore, welding defects are less likely to occur, sufficient welding strength can be obtained without a backing metal, and the cost is low and easy to fit.
