Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a heating system for green house, etc., composed of a chamber having heat-accumulation function such as green house, a heat pump, a heat-exchanger and a heat-accumulation water tank, capable of easily controlling the temperature in the chamber independent of the weather and the time in a day and stably producing vegetables, etc., at a low cost by the use of midnight electric power. CONSTITUTION:A chamber having heat-accumulation function, e.g. green house 1 is furnished with an air-controlling system composed of a heat-pump 6, heat- exchangers consisting of a water-air heat-exchanger 2 for the green house and refrigerant-air heat-exchangers 4, 5 for outer air and two kinds of heat- accumulation water tanks 3 for hot water and chilled water. When air in the green house 1 is sufficiently high in daytime, heat is accumulated in the heat- accumulation water tank 3 by the water-air heat-exchanger 2. When air in the green house 1 is not sufficiently warmed by bad weather, e.g. rainy weather, heat is collected from outer atmosphere with the heat pump 6 via the refrigerant-air heat-exchangers 4, 5 and is accumulated in the heat-accumulation water tank 3. In the nighttime, the green house is heated by the water-air heat- exchanger 2 or the heat-pump 6.

It is known that greenhouses for greenhouse horticulture have a solar heat collection function, and the amount of heat generated is comparable to the amount of heating heat required to grow ordinary vegetables. For this reason, plants are grown in greenhouses, but conventionally, too much heat has been collected by either opening part of the greenhouse to release the heat outside, or covering part of the greenhouse to collect heat. I try not to.

In addition, when the daylight hours are short and the indoor temperature does not reach a predetermined temperature, such as during rainy weather or winter, the indoor room may be heated.

However, in cases where the indoor air contains a high amount of carbon dioxide gas, such as when cultivating plants, opening the room will lose its benefits and cause the problem of wasted heat. Furthermore, heating the room causes another problem in that it costs more fuel.

In the present invention, the room having a heat collecting function such as a greenhouse may be a conventional greenhouse, or may be a greenhouse itself used for cultivating vegetables and the like.

A heat pump is a device that absorbs heat from a low-temperature heat source (water, air, etc.) and provides heat to a high-temperature heat source (heat source such as a heating source), and can be used for heating and cooling.

Since greenhouses have the ability to collect solar heat, the heat obtained in the greenhouse during the day is absorbed by a heat pump or heat exchanger, and this heat is stored in water in a heat storage tank. The heat stored in this water is used as a heat source for nighttime heating. By using a combined system with a heat exchanger rather than using a heat pump alone, it is possible to obtain much higher efficiency than a heating system using only a heat pump.

In the present invention, it is not necessary to provide only one heat storage water tank, and two or more may be provided depending on the case. The heat generated when the heat pump is operated is stored in separate water tanks as cold water and hot water, respectively, and is radiated by the heat pump or heat exchanger as necessary.

The temperature inside the greenhouse can be adjusted by releasing the cold heat from the cold water storage tank using a heat exchanger. When heating is required due to rainy weather, the inside of the greenhouse can be heated by doing the opposite of the above. In this case, the heat source of the heat pump may be the heat of the heat storage water tank or may be obtained from the outdoor air.

Furthermore, the growth of vegetables can be promoted by using the cooling function of the heat pump to lower excessively high temperatures during summer nights.

On the other hand, at night, the air in the greenhouse is heated by the heating function of the water-air heat exchanger 2 or the heat pump 6. Note that 8 in the figure indicates a pipe for refrigerant, etc. As the water-air heat exchanger 2, a radiator that is normally used indoors for heating and cooling may be used. Moreover, depending on the case, piping may be installed in a hydroponic bed installed in a greenhouse to serve as a water-water heat exchanger.

Since the present invention has the above configuration, the temperature inside the greenhouse can be easily controlled regardless of the weather, daytime, or nighttime. In addition, heat pumps can be operated at times when electricity prices are low, such as at night, to store heat. Therefore, plants such as vegetables can be produced inexpensively and stably.
