[Detailed description of the invention] This invention elastically supports a heat-sensitive member at the center of the heat source, brings the heat-receiving surface of the heat-sensitive member into elastic contact with the bottom of the pot, senses the bottom temperature of the pot, and responds accordingly to changes in the bottom temperature of the pot. The present invention relates to a cooking appliance that controls heating operations, and particularly to a cooking appliance that is provided with a reflective plate below a heat source in order to increase thermal efficiency.

Generally, in this type of cooker, the heat-sensitive element is disposed at the center of the heat source, so it is easily affected by the heat of the heat source, and the temperature at the bottom of the pan cannot be accurately sensed, leading to malfunctions.

Therefore, in the past, a heat shield cover was fixed to the main body of the cooker and placed between the heat sensitive element and the heat source, and the heat shield cover was configured to thermally isolate the heat sensitive body and the heat source. Since the cover is in a fixed state, the upper end of the heat shielding cover cannot be brought into contact with the bottom of the pot due to its design, so it is necessary to provide a certain amount of clearance. In other words, if the upper end of the heat shield cover is designed to touch the bottom of the pot, the bottom of the pot and the heat shield cover may not come into contact with each other due to dimensional errors or assembly errors of each component, or even if they do, the positional relationship between the pot and the heat source may be incorrect. To prevent unevenness such as collapse, a certain amount of space was left between the top of the heat shield cover and the bottom of the pot from the beginning.
It is necessary to eliminate the above-mentioned variations. If a gap like the one above exists, there is a risk that convection heat from the heat source and radiant heat from the heat source reflected by the bottom of the pot will directly affect the heat sensitive element through the gap, making it difficult to accurately sense the temperature of the bottom of the pot. Therefore, the accuracy could not be called very good.

This invention was devised in view of these points,
A heat shield cylinder surrounding the heat sensitive body is formed as a reflector, and this reflective plate is elastically supported and the upper end of the heat shield cylinder is brought into elastic contact with the bottom of the pot, thereby allowing the heat sensitive body and the heat source to be connected to each other. This allows the temperature at the bottom of the pot to be detected more accurately without being affected by heat from the heat source. Embodiments of the present invention shown in the drawings will be described in detail below.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a cooking device main body having an opening on the top surface and a support leg 2 on the bottom surface, and a saucer 3 having a mounting step 4 formed in the midsection thereof is disposed in the opening on the top surface. Reference numeral 5 denotes a sheathed heater (heat source) formed by winding annularly or spirally, and a plurality of, for example, four supporting rods 6 are fixed integrally, and the free end of each supporting rod 6 is connected to the mounting step of the saucer 3. It is arranged in the cooking device main body 1 by placing it on the cooking device 4. A heat sensitive body 7 has a temperature sensor (not shown) installed on the back side of the heat receiving surface 8, is located at the center of the sheathed heater 5, is elastically supported by the saucer 3 by a spring 9, and is always placed above the sheathed heater 5. It is in a prominent state. The temperature sensor detects the bottom temperature of the pot, which will be described later, and controls the heating operation, that is, the supply of electricity to the sheathed heater 5, in accordance with the change in the bottom temperature of the pot. 1
0 is below the sheathed heater 5 and the spring 1
2 is a reflecting plate elastically supported on the saucer 3,
The central part thereof is cylindrically projected upward from the outer circumferential part to form a heat shield cylinder part 11, and this heat shield cylinder part 11 is positioned so as to surround the heat sensitive element 7, and is always projected above the sheathed heater 5. I'm letting you do it. 13 is the reflector plate 1
A vertical notch formed in the outer peripheral wall of the support rod 6
is inserted to restrict the vertical movement range of the reflecting plate 10. 1
4 to 16 are pots with different bottom shapes, which are placed directly on the sheathed heater 5, and the heat receiving surface 8 of the heat sensitive body 7 and the heat shielding cylinder portion 11 of the reflector 10 are in close contact with the bottom surface thereof.

The cooking device of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, even if any of the pots 14 to 16 with different bottom shapes is placed, the bottom surface is surely brought into elastic contact with the spring 9, They can be brought into close contact with each other with a biasing force of 12. Therefore, in this state, the heat shield cylinder 11 exists between the sheathed heater 5 and the heat sensitive element 7, and the upper end of the cylinder part 11 is in close contact with the bottom surfaces of the pots 14 to 16, so that the heat sensitive body 7 is connected to the sheathed heater 7. The bottom temperature of the pots 14 to 16 can be accurately detected by the temperature sensor, and the heating operation can be controlled by controlling the power supply to the sheathed heater 5.

尚、熱源は特に鍋底に密着させる必要がなく、
又シーズヒータに限定されるものでもない。
In addition, there is no need for the heat source to be in close contact with the bottom of the pot.
Moreover, it is not limited to a sheathed heater.

As described above, according to the configuration of the present invention, a heat shielding cylindrical portion higher than the outer circumferential portion is formed in the central portion of the reflector, and this reflective plate is elastically supported so that the upper end of the heat shielding cylindrical portion is brought into elastic contact with the bottom of the pot. As a result, the heat-sensitive element can accurately sense the temperature at the bottom of the pan without being affected by the heat from the heat source, and its sensing accuracy is high, eliminating all of the previous drawbacks. Moreover, there is no deterioration in sensing accuracy due to the shape of the bottom of the pan, making it practical for practical use. It is extremely useful.
