Problems to be Solved by the Invention The temperature detection device section of a conventional electric stove has the above-mentioned structure, but the upper surface of the sheathed heater 21 and the heat shield tube 28
There are many cases where the top surface is at the same height due to errors during assembly in processing 1, and there is a step, and the bottom shape of the heating container 26 such as a pot placed on the sheathed heater 21 also varies. However, a gap is created between the upper end of the heat shield cylinder 28 and the bottom of the heating container 26, and the stability of the state of heat transfer to the temperature sensing element unit 24 due to radiant heat and convection heat from the sheathed heater 21 becomes low. This has the drawback that malfunctions in the temperature control of the food inside the container 26 become serious, and it may not be possible to cook the food as desired, making it inconvenient to use.

Effect With the above-described configuration, when the heating container is placed on the heating element, the upper end of the heat shield ring comes into contact with the heating container due to spring pressure, and the temperature sensing element unit also comes into contact with the heating container due to spring pressure. Therefore, even if the bottom surface of a heating container such as a pot is slightly uneven, the heat shielding ring and temperature sensing element unit will come into contact with the bottom surface of the heating container, and the heat shielding state by the heat shielding ring will be stable. Since the temperature of the heating element unit changes in accordance with the temperature change within the heating container, temperature detection performance is improved and an easy-to-use electric stove can be provided.

FIG. 1 is a sectional side view of a main part of an electric stove according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, a heating element 1 is arranged in a plane, supported from below by a support fitting 2, and has a hole 1a in its center. The support fitting 2 is supported on the upper surface of a plate 8 provided below. A heat shield plate 4 is provided below the plate 8.
The heat shield plate 4 has holes 8a and 4a in the center, respectively.
are provided, and both end portions 11b,

installed on. A temperature sensing element unit 6 is disposed inside the hole 1a of the heating element 1, the hole 8as of the plate 8, and the hole 4a of the heat shield plate 4. Temperature sensing element unit 6
has a built-in temperature sensing element 7. Further, a guide tube 8 that surrounds the temperature sensing element unit 6 and guides its vertical movement is erected on the heat shield plate 4. A first spring 9 is provided between the temperature sensing element unit 6 and the guide tube 8.
The upper end of the spring 9 is connected to the temperature sensing element unit 6, and the lower end is connected to the heat shield plate 4.
The temperature sensing element unit 6 is urged upward so that its upper surface protrudes above the upper surface of the heating element l. A heat shielding ring 10 is disposed between the open end of the hole 1a of the heating element 1 and the temperature sensing element unit 6. This heat shielding ring 10 is biased upward by a second spring 11 provided inside the heat shielding ring 10, and when a heating container 12 such as a pot or other cooking container is not placed on the heating element 1, , and is removably installed on the plate 8 so that its upper end protrudes from the upper surface of the heating element 1 . Therefore, the heating element l
When the heating container 1z was placed on top of the heating container 1z, the first spring 9 and the second spring 11 were compressed, and the upper ends of the temperature sensing element unit 6 and the heat shield ring 10 were pressed against the bottom surface of the heating container 12. state.

When the heating container 12 is placed on the heating element 1 and cooking is performed, the ↓th spring 9 and the @2 spring 11 are compressed, and the upper ends of the temperature sensing element unit 6 and the heat shield ring 10 are used for heating. It is pressed against the bottom surface of the container 12, and the radiant heat and convection heat generated from the heating element 1 are always shielded in the same state by the heat shield ring 1G, and the heat transfer to the temperature sensing element unit 6 is limited to the heating container 12. The ratio of heat transfer by heat conduction from the bottom surface of the heating container 12 increases, the influence of temperature changes due to radiant heat and convection heat from the heating element 1 is reduced, and temperature changes inside the heating container 12 are accurately controlled (temperature sensing element unit It can be detected by the temperature sensing element 7 of 6.
