温度分布を示す図である。 図面中、1は光フアイバ母材、2は光フアイバ
、3は円筒状加熱管、4,5は保護管、6は堆積
物、7は炉体、8は発熱体、9,10,11は通
気路、12は保護管取付け部材、13は下端部材
である。
補正 昭62.2.2 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円筒状加熱管内に光フアイバ母材を挿入すると
ともに加熱延伸して光フアイバに線引きする光フ
アイバ線引炉において、上記円筒状加熱管の上部
と上記光フアイバ母材との間の間隙及び上記円筒
状加熱管の下部と光フアイバとの間の間隙の少
くとも一方に上記加熱管内に発生するダストが光
フアイバ母材及び光フアイバに附着するのを防止
する保護管を介在させたことを特徴とする光フア
イバ線引炉。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円筒状加熱管内に光フアイバ母材を挿入すると
    ともに加熱延伸して光フアイバに線引きする光フ
    アイバ線引炉において、上記円筒状加熱管と上記
    光フアイバ母材との間の間隙の上部及び上記円筒
    状加熱管と光フアイバとの間の間隙の下部の少な
    くとも一方に上記加熱管内に発生するダストが光
    フアイバ母材及び光フアイバに附着するのを防止
    する保護管を介在させたことを特徴とする光フア
    イバ線引炉。
