Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 縦型構造の炉芯管において、ほぼ垂直に延設
する周壁を、円周方向の肉厚をほぼ一定にしつつ
少なくとも上方周壁に対し下方周壁が厚肉になる
ように設定した事を特徴とする炉芯管。 ２ 請求項１記載の炉芯管において、前記周壁の
内径側を少なくとも被加熱域の上方から下方に進
むに連れ徐々に縮径して形成した事を特徴とする
炉芯管。 ３ 縦型構造の石英ガラス製の炉芯管において、
ほぼ垂直に延設する周壁外周面側に、耐熱性棒体
を内挿した石英ガラス管を長手方向に沿つて溶着
させるとともに、該石英ガラス管を周方向に所定
間隔存して複数本配設した事を特徴とする炉芯管
。 ４ 前記石英ガラス管の上端部を開放して耐熱性
棒体を取り出し可能に構成した請求項３記載の炉
芯管。
