Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently and surely perform the filling of two kinds of contents in a divided state using an existing filling line, by differentiating filling periods and bringing the second container to an independent hermetically sealed container already filled with content before filling the first container with the first content. CONSTITUTION:The second injection port 24 is closed with a virgin seal 5 and the tail side opening part 52 of the second container 2 is turned upwardly to fill the second container 2 with the second content (b) from the tail side opening part 52 thereof and, thereafter, the second chamber welding part 42 is formed to close the second container 2. The second container 2 already filled with the content (b) is inserted in the tail side opening part 51 of the first container 1 from the head part 21 thereof and the engaging protruding part 23 of the second container 2 is pushed in the first container 1 along the inner surface of the first neck part 12 thereof. The engaging protruding part 23 is restored to the original shape and engaging parts 13, 23 are engaged with each other and, after the combination engagement of both containers 1, 2 are completed, a cap 3 is screwed to the first neck part 12 of the first container to close the first and second injection ports. After the first container 1 is filled with the first content (a) from the tail side opening part 51 thereof, the first chamber welding part 41 is formed to the tail part of the first container 1 to close the first container 1.

■ In the former case of simultaneous filling of the spout, although the positional relationship of the spout is fixed, since the two spouts are located extremely close to each other, two kinds of contents are placed near the spout when filling the contents. It is easy to mix, and since the spout has a small opening area, it takes a long time to fill it.

■ In the case of the latter case where one part of the bottom side is filled at the same time, the opening area is wide and filling can be done in a short time, but the bottom side opening of each container made of flexible synthetic resin etc. The filling volume of each chamber is stable because the shape and positional relationship of the openings in the line are not fixed (due to the inner container being placed in various directions relative to the outer container, deformation due to external force, etc.) Because it cannot be secured, one of the contents tends to overflow or be partially mixed during filling, and furthermore, two types of contents that should be filled separately may end up being filled in a mixed state only in one chamber. be.

(Method for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made for the purpose of solving the above-mentioned problems. In a method for manufacturing a tube container filled with two types of contents, which includes a first container and a second container in which a content and a second content are separately filled, first, the first container as an outer container with a large internal volume is and a second container as an inner container with a small internal volume were manufactured, and then the spout of the second container was closed with a seal or the like, and the second content was filled from the rear opening of the second container. After that, close the bottom of the second container,
Next, insert the filled second container into the first container and fit the two containers together at the head, then close the two spouts with caps, etc., and insert the second container. The method is characterized in that after filling the IF contents from the rear opening of the first container, the rear end of the first container is closed.

As explained above, in the method of manufacturing the tube container A filled with two types of contents according to the embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.

■ Since both contents a and b are filled from the rear opening 51.52 with a wide opening area, the inner diameter of the filling nozzle 61.62 can be increased, and the amount of contents injected can be increased. can increase the content of both a and a in many containers in a short time.
Filling of b can be performed.

■ Filling the second container 2 with the second contents and the first container 1
Since the first content a is filled at different times, it is possible to fill the two types of content filling tube container A with the existing filling line with one filling nozzle. It can be done.

■ The filling timing is different, and the first container 1 is filled with the first content a after the second container 2 is made into an independent sealed container filled with contents, so Even if the position of the second container 2 in one container L is not determined to some extent, the first content a does not mix into the $2 container 2, and the two are reliably filled in a separated state. I can do it.

■ Since the heads of the first container 1 and the second container 2 are fitted and fixed to each other at the fitting portions 13.23 formed on the first neck 12 and the second neck 22, there is no need to add a separate partition member. ,2
Seed contents a and b can be completely separated, and by chemically reacting, it can be applied to contents that are not preferred to be mixed when stored in a container, and contents that are not preferred to be mixed in color.

■ It is also possible to connect and weld the bottoms of the first container 1 and the second container 2, so in this case, even if they are crushed when squeezing out the contents, the bodies 16 and 26 of both containers 1 and 2 will not separate or remain in position. There is no misalignment, and since the welding direction of the heat welding part 4 is along the welding part 26C which is the long diameter direction of the second body part 26, the contents of each chamber 15.25 can be accommodated in a gathered state. Squeezing can be ensured by crushing the bodies 16, 26 of the two-chamber tube container A.

Moreover, after the first chamber welding section 41 and the second chamber welding section 42 are welded, the seal over section 43 is welded at the continuous welding section 44, and the same place is not repeatedly heat welded, so that the welding section 4 high pressure resistance is ensured.

In other words, the pressure resistance of the welded portion depends on the tensile strength of the body parts 16, 26, so if the body parts 16, 26 at the same location
When welded again, the thickness of that part becomes extremely thin, making it easy to break and reducing the pressure resistance.

■ The fitting structure at both neck portions 12 and 22 is a concave-convex fitting structure, and when a tightening force is applied from the cap 3 to the second neck portion 22 side, it acts to increase the fitting strength. Therefore, high durability and divisibility of the contents can be ensured.

■ By controlling the thickness of the second container 2 or the size of each spout 14.24, the pouring ratio of both contents a and b can be freely changed.
The shape of both spouts 14.24 is not limited to the semicircular shape as in the embodiment, but can be made into a concentric circle shape, a striped shape, etc., so that both contents a

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, in the method of manufacturing a tube container filled with two types of contents according to the present invention, the first container is an outer container with a large internal volume, and the inner container with a small internal volume is a first container. Next, the spout of the second container is closed with a seal or the like, and the second content is filled from the opening on the bottom side of the second container. Next, insert the second container filled with the contents into the first container and fit the two containers together at the concave-convex combination part of the head, then close the two spouts with a cap or the like, The method is characterized by filling the first content from the opening on the rear side of the first container into which the second container is inserted, and then closing the rear opening of the first container, so it can be used in existing filling lines. It is possible to provide a method for manufacturing a tube container filled with two types of contents, which is efficient, does not cause product defects, and is reliably filled with two types of contents separately. Effects can be obtained.
