Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a device and to facilitate the attaching and detaching of a lens by providing an intermediate cylinder whose vertical position is freely adjustable to the titled head main body and circulating cooling air between the intermediate cylinder and the head main body. CONSTITUTION:A head supporting cylinder 1 fixs and supports a laser beam machining head 7 by a bolt 5 and the head main body 17 is fixed on a bushing 13 fixed on a flange 3 by a bolt 15. Further, the intermediate cylinder 23 which is freely movable vertically by the engagement of a screw is provided to the inside of the head main body 17 and an airway 25 is formed between the intermediate cylinder 23 and the head main body 17 to cool the intermediate cylinder 23. A laser beam LB projected from the upper and lower parts is condensed by a lens 37 and a focus is formed right under a chip 51 by operating an adjusting member 21. 要となる等の問題点があった。
