The drive conveyor is vibrated by the differential, and the processed finished product sheets are separated into workpieces and scraps by these shocks and vibrations. The sheets are then sorted by dropping them onto the deformable drive conveyor in the equipment section, and as they move, the workpieces are further separated. is dropped, and a conveyor installed below receives it and automatically takes it out.

First, as shown in Fig. 3, the processed finished product sheet (1) is cut into scrap (12) and workpiece (13) by laser processing, but as shown in Fig. 4, cutting begins. A small portion is left uncut between the cut end portion and the cutting end portion to form a micro joint (14), and the workpiece (13) and the scrap (12) are still connected at this portion.

When this loading is completed, the base of the sheet receiving plate (2) is pushed up by the air cylinder (3) in response to the loading completion signal, and as a result, the sheet receiving plate (2) is tilted as shown by the chain line, and the seat (1) is
falls freely onto the driving conveyor (4) below. The impact at this time causes some of the workpieces (13) to separate from the sheet (1). Next, for the drive conveyor (4), the motor (
The action of the cam (5), which rotates with the drive of 6), provides vertical vibration, and this vibration separates the work (13) and the scrap (12), which have not been separated yet.

I can do it. The workpiece (13) and scrap (12) separated in this way are transferred to a drive conveyor (
4) to the deformation drive conveyor (8), at which time the small workpiece (13) falls directly from the conveyor (4) onto the belt conveyor (7) below and is taken out. The remaining workpieces (13) sent onto the deformation drive conveyor (8)
) falls from the deformed opening (see FIG. 2) while being carried on the deformation drive conveyor (8), is received on the take-out conveyor (9) passing below, and is taken out by this.

We have shown the case of vibrating the sheet (1), but there is also a method of directly clamping both ends of the sheet (1) and opening the central part and vibrating it.Furthermore, it is also possible to perform a clamping process on the sheet (1) in advance and attach a claw to this part. The same effect can be obtained by hooking a device to vibrate it.
