【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、超音波遅延線を使用して、生産性の
向上と性能の均一化を図ることができるくし形フ

以下、本考案の一実施例について第1図および
第2図とともに説明する。まず、図において1は
5角形をしたガラス遅延媒体で、この遅延媒体1
の側面の1辺にに入力用,出力用のトランスジユ
ーサ2,2′が接着やハンダ付け等の方法で固着
されている。各々のトランスジユーサ2,2′の
表面には蒸着や焼付け等の方法で表面電極3,
3′が形成されており、入力用,出力用のリード
線4,4′が接続されている。上記トランスジユ
ーサ2,2′を取付ける遅延媒体1の辺には隣接
する辺にかけて共通電極5が設けられており、ト
ランスジユーサ2,2′の裏面は同電位となつて
いる。ここで、本実施例のように共通電極5とし
ないで、各々別の電極を構成し、リード線等によ
り接続して同電位としても同じことである。上記
共通電極5の隣接する辺に位置する端部とそれに
近接して設けられた電極5′との間には抵抗体6
が塗布等により設けられており、上記電極5′に
は外部へのアース用リード線7が取付けられてい

また抵抗体の切削加工等によつて抵抗値を変化さ
せてインピーダンス調整ができるため、回路に接
続した時のインピーダンスのバラツキを抵抗値調
整により容易に吸収し、セツト組立工程での調整
が必要でなく、しかもトランスジユーサの取付け
られた辺と隣接する辺に延長して設けられた共通
電極の端部に抵抗体が設けられているため、ガラ
ス遅延媒体が小型化された際にも抵抗体の切削加
工等による抵抗値調整が比較的簡単にできるとい
う利点を有しており、非常に量産性よく性能の均
一な製品を提供することができるものであり、そ
