Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両電極面にリード線を接続する正特性サー
ミスタ素子を小片状に形成し、その正特性サーミ
スタ素子を熱伝導性の良好な絶縁性磁器円筒体の
径内に挿置すると共に、円筒体の内部に充填する
エポキシ、シリコン等の絶縁樹脂で埋込み封止し
てなることを特徴とする正特性サーミスタ発熱器
。 (2) 上記リード線が、正特性サーミスタ素子の
半分以上の長さに亘つて接触固定されているとこ
ろの実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の正特性
サーミスタ発熱器。
