- 電流通路をなすコレクタ部とエミツタ部との間
にベース部が設けられているトランジスタにおい
て、コレクタ部の電流通路の幅が可変となる電界
効果部がコレクタ部に設けられ、この電界効果部
にゲート端子が接続されていることを特徴とする
トランジスタ。
