<Prior art> Conventionally, this kind of vinyl chloride gloves have a high degree of stickiness due to the inclusion of plasticizers, and when released from the manufacturing mold, they are sticky and difficult to release, and even during use. It was very difficult to use, as it adhered closely to the hand, causing discomfort, and even when attached to and detached from the hand, it could not be easily removed due to its adhesiveness.

To solve this problem, there are coatings with powder or vinyl chloride blend resin, or spraying and adhering fine particles, but with powder, this peels off during use, and with blend resin, the physical properties change and it is difficult to handle. It has the disadvantage of causing roughness, and when fine particles are scattered, the front (inner) surface is hard and uneven, resulting in an unsightly appearance, and when used, the fine particles give an unpleasant feeling of being a foreign body.

Another method is to immerse the production mold in a vinyl chloride resin sol to gel the sol adhering to the mold, and then immerse it in a synthetic resin emulsion containing fine silica particles to form a film and fix the fine silica particles. However, this also basically peels off because the fine silica particles form irregularities on the surface in the same way as when the fine particles were dispersed. In this case, since fine silica particles are present during the film formation, it does not come off as easily as with sprayed silica, but since there are inorganic substances in the emulsion, there is no compatibility and the film is easy to remove.
Silica also easily falls off and feels like a foreign body.

<Example> To explain an example of the implementation of the present invention, the glove manufacturing mold has a shape and structure well known in this type of technical field, for example, is formed into a half mold shape from ceramic or metal. After adjusting the mold temperature to the specified temperature, add 1 to the vinyl chloride resin solution.
Dip it once or twice to deposit the vinyl chloride paste that will become the glove body, pull it out to semi-cure, cool it and deposit one or two layers on the mold surface, and if necessary, several layers.
This is dipped in the surface treatment agent again.

The surface treatment agent is a solvent type with a viscosity of 10 to 100 Cps or an emulsion type with a viscosity of 20 to 200 Cps containing vinyl chloride, acrylic resin, and chlorinated rubber, and the surface treatment agent has the film forming layer. The glove manufacturing mold is immersed again to perform a surface treatment, then pulled up, pre-dried, cured, and cooled in order to form a surface treatment film, and then reverse mold release to form a surface treatment film layer on the inner surface of the glove body. The degree of polymerization of vinyl chloride in this surface treatment agent is selected in consideration of the degree of polymerization of the resin in the vinyl chloride paste in view of its compatibility with the glove body, but generally the degree of polymerization (P) is 1000th place is better. The acrylic resin and chlorinated rubber preferably have a large molecular weight in order to prevent the plasticizer from migrating into the glove body, and range from s,ooo to 100,000.
Use the one.

1 (Solid content: 18%) <Effects> The present invention involves dipping a glove manufacturing mold in a vinyl chloride resin solution to form a film on the glove body, and then dipping it in a surface treatment agent containing vinyl chloride, acrylic resin, and chlorinated rubber again. By dipping to form a film that is integrated with the glove body and then inverting and releasing it, it is possible to provide a vinyl chloride glove that contains chlorinated rubber on the inner surface of the glove body and has a film that is integrated with the glove body. The vinyl chloride and acrylic resin in the film created by this surface treatment agent act as binder elements that increase the adhesion to the glove body, preventing the film from peeling off and allowing the large chloride rubber molecules to interact with the vinyl chloride. Because it has no solubility,
It plays the role of particles and has a slightly uneven surface, and since this chlorinated rubber is an organic substance, it is compatible with acrylic resin and the plasticizer contained in the glove body, so it can be used instead of spraying conventional fine particles. This is fundamentally different from the case where the silica is fixed by immersing it in an emulsion containing fine inorganic silica particles, and does not fall off or peel off at all.

Furthermore, it is possible to provide gloves that have improved chemical resistance without deterioration in physical properties, deterioration in texture, or hardening, and have non-adhesion, no foreign body feeling, and smoothness that provides a good feeling of use. It is.
