DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a novel method for manufacturing metallic-like plastisol hollow molded articles, in which colored or colorless transparent plastisol is poured into a shell mold of a desired design and centrifugal force is applied. After applying oil to the mold and applying centrifugal force, the mold is heated in an oil bath etc. so that the thickness of the semi-gelled layer in the part that touches the inner surface of the mold from the outside becomes an appropriate thickness. After heating, the mold is inverted to pour out the non-gelled part, and then colorless or colored plastisol mixed with aluminum powder is poured into the same mold again. Then, the same centrifugal force application step, heating step, and non-gelled part flowing out step as above are performed, and then the semi-gelled part remaining in the mold is heated to completely gel it, and then after cooling, the completely gelled product is The purpose of this is to remove the metal from the mold.

Publication No. 70702 discloses a method for manufacturing slush molded shoes consisting of multiple layers. In this manufacturing method, in the second step of the manufacturing method, metal (Al) is used as plastic, which is different from the first step. When using powder-containing metallic materials,
This is undesirable because a portion (specifically, the body portion) with the defects described in 1 to 7 above will inevitably be produced.

In the above embodiment, since a centrifugal force is applied to the sol (B), each particle of the aluminum powder is arranged in a so-called disordered direction, resulting in diffused reflection, which increases the brightness of the metallic tone. Furthermore, when both the (A) sol and the (B) sol are colored and transparent with different colors, it is possible to obtain a product with a complex color that cannot be obtained with commercially available pigments.

1. Pour colored or colorless transparent plastisol into a shell-shaped mold of the desired design, apply centrifugal force, and then use an oil bath etc. to remove the semi-gelled layer of the part of the mold that is in contact with the inner surface of the mold from the outside. The mold is heated for a short period of time selected to achieve an appropriate thickness, and after this heating, the mold is turned over to pour out the ungelled portion inside, and then the aluminum powder is poured into the same mold again. Pour the colorless or colored plastisol mixed with the above-mentioned plastisol, apply centrifugal force, heat, and drain the ungelled part in the same way as above, and then heat the semi-gelled part remaining in the mold to make a complete gel. 1. A method for producing a metallic-like plastisol molded article, which comprises the steps of: gelling, and then removing the completely gelled product from a mold after cooling.
