述すれば、軽量にして自動車の車体への取付けを

力を印加できず、接着の不十分な部分が出来、モ
ールの剥れの原因となる。このため、合成樹脂製
のモールは中実体とさせている。一方、大型の中
実モールでは、たとえ合成樹脂を用いても、その
重量は無視できなく、車体の軽量化に逆向するこ
とになり、その改善が望まれている。このため、
大型の装飾モールを中抜体で成形し、この中抜モ
ールにクリツプを止着させることが試みられる
が、これは、クリツプをモールに、使用時のクリ
ツプ落ちを防ぐよう、確実に固定させるための補
強部品を必要とし、モールの軽量化に必ずしも役
立たず、しかも補強部品の取付工数を要する欠点

りアキユムレータ9内の可塑化樹脂をダイ11を
介して押出し、所定長の中空の予備成形物(パリ
ソン)12を作る。予備成形物12は内部にクリ
ツプ3を保持した型13ではさみ、型締め後、エ
アノズル14を介して中空の予備成形物12内に
エアを吹込み、該予備成形物12をふくらませ、
型に沿つた形状とし、冷却固化後、型開きし装飾
モール1を取出す。このブロー成形時に、第4お
よび第5図に示すように、エアを予備成形物12
に吹込む前は、予備成形物12がクリツプ3の頭
部4の外側に沿う形で型13内に収まるが(第4
図参照)、エアの吹込みにより予備成形物12の
一部がクリツプ3のくぼみ6にまわり込み、頭部
4の周囲が予備成形物12の一部で取り囲まれる
ことになる。冷却固化後は、頭部4まわりの本体
2により、クリツプ3がモール本体2に確実に止
着されることになる。又、ブロー成形時に中空本
