Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of processes and to prevent the occurrence of slippage and non-uniformity of the position whereat a fitting member is fixed, by a method wherein the fitting member is subjected to blow molding in the state that it is set in a blow molding die, and is thereby fixed to the main body of a molding. CONSTITUTION:A cavity die 5 and a core die 6 being opened, a clip 4 with the fixing part coated with a bonding agent 9 is set in concavities 8, 8a and 8b for setting, and a parison having a cross section shaped almost analogously to the cross section of the main body 2 of a molding is extruded from an extruder. Then, the cavity die 5 and the core die 6 are closed and clamped so that the extruded parison is held between them, and air is blown in from a nozzle 7 for blow molding.
